New to the site doing research on involuntary kegels. I'll just get right to it, I'm pretty sure my problem is stemming from a 2 year drought, and daily M habits as well. During this time I read that clinching or kegeling will increase pleasure during the PONR and cause larger loads, but it quickly got out of hand. Now I can't seem to get aroused in the slightest without involuntary contractions, which is especially annoying when with a woman. The potential sex life has taken off recently, but since this person isn't exactly a girlfriend I'm not sure how much fun it will be to have the same anticlimactic ending before anything gets started (from experience). I think I've finally figured out reverse kegels, so I will definitely be giving those a try, but I guess my question is; is there any advice for the short term possibly next week? It'll be the first/last time I see her before I leave for the summer, and I'd like to be remembered more fondly than the guy that got off in his underwear. This may be stupid, but would a free trial of some Viagra or something similar give me any results if I'm consciously trying to avoid kegeling during the act?
I know in the long run the only thing that will help is a solid k/rk routine, but I'm looking for something to help by next week. Sorry for the book, but any response is greatly appreciated.
