    i am amazed to say that my Girlfriend came over today, we must of done about 10 - 20 minuites foreplay and had penatrative sex for about 20 - 30 minuites, and i still didnt come! i had to stop because she's only small after a while i hurt her but it felt great knowing i was able to last and so long that it wasn't me with a problem. I honestly was a 1 minuite man would literally ejaculate as soon as i penatrated but today it was different, i just wanted to share my happiness with everyone here at the gym let people with PE know there is hope and i hope my luck today carries on forever.     Thanks Pegasus, im going to keep everybody posted to see if my results are permanent because its pretty unbeleivable to me and if it is then ill be more than happy to coach anybody through there Pre E problem (if possible because there are several different types of Pre E)

    Right i had sex again tonight, proved me wrong instead it wasn't as bad as it used to be because i lasted around 2-3 minuites so there was improvement. It wasn't so bad because im 18 i can get an erection back before i completley loose it but the fact is that wont last forever and i need to train my body and Pre E is a common problem so Im thinking there should be a Pre E progress log?

    I litterally couldnt last 30 seconds during sex and it actually made me fear sex. The problem was my masterbation problem. I mastered often and it caused me to train my Ejaculatory reflex to release too quickly,causing my PE. I found a site that gives some great information on how to retrain your EJ reflex to last as long as you like. It helped me so much , so hopefully it can help someone else as well. but no matter what guys if you can avoid it STOP MASTERBATING SO MUCH.

    So, I've been having sex with my girlfriend, and at times it was really frustrating, especially if a day or two passed without doing it, I would feel like ejaculating after 1 or 2 penetrations... I usually do kegels but i felt like it was actually making me get to the PONR faster than anything, u know the feeling when u know the contractions are gonna start and u just cant do anything about it... well recently i started doing the reverse kegels, and using them during sex, if i feel too excited i do that, relax and keep going...

    Last night the result was amazing, I lasted really long, i didn't have to pause as much (probably because of the confidence i was gaining when i realized it was working) and we actually came together which was such a huge relief and a tremendous confidence booster.

    So my recommendation, do both kegels and reverse kegels, balance them, and during sex use the reverse kegels to pace yourself, it takes practice and i dont feel like i have the hang of it really yet, but so far the results are very good.
