Hey guys (and gals?) Just thought I'd post my somewhat success story. I say somewhat because it's still really early days.
Anyway I've had PreE for about 11-12 years, since I started masturbating at 10 or 11 years old. Im now 22. As my username suggests I was always a minute man, i.e. hardcore masturbation with or without porn, death grip, I would cum within a minute, maybe 30 seconds even. Without lube I'd last a little longer maybe. I've been doing this my whole life pretty much, maybe 2-3 times a week.
I've been lurking this site for about 4 weeks now and thank god I found it. I started a routine about 3 weeks ago which consists of doing a few sets of reverse kegels, twice a day. I also edge/balloon every few days, sometimes more than once a day. No kegels for now since those are what cause my PreE, besides I believe my kegel is pretty damn strong after all those years kegelling while masturbating.
I can now masturbate lubed up for up to 30 minutes and more if I wanted without reaching the PONR at all. During these masturbation sessions, I can feel that those involuntary kegels are suppressed. Before I would hold a constant kegel while wanking, which undoubtably brought me to PNOR very quickly, but now I feel those involuntary spasms coming in around the 20-25 minute mark. My progress has been very gradual but also very quick. After the first week I could masturbate without PONR for maybe 10 minutes, second week maybe 20 minutes, now third week nearly 30 minutes, and I feel like there's still plenty of room for improvement. I'm just so stoked!
I've also been very gradual in my masturbation method in the past 3 weeks. First week I would do very slow, sensual and soft strokes up and down the shaft and head, and since then I've gradually been doing it faster and tighter to mimic real sex. I believe this way the penis slowly adjust and get used to hardcore tugging, which is what most of us aim for imo.
Anyway Im totally happy with my progress in these 3 short weeks, and I owe it all to the reverse kegel. Seriously guys, anyone who isn't seeing results with their routine, I suggest dumping regular kegels and do only reverse kegels for a while.
Next up im going to be purchasing Spider Hands Free male masturbater which is a hands free fleshlight, that would be the ultimate stamina tester imo.

I started Rk in a kneeling position with my butt pointed slightly upward until i could do them standing up and laying down. Once u get the hang of it up ur reps to like 25 twice a Day , the following week 35 and so fourth with a day of rest every 3 days. i recommend a balance of 25 kegel , 25 reverse kegel, 25 root lock, 25 reverse root lock.

Well the first few days I did them while sitting down, I would get headaches. Probably because my isolation wasn't very good. After that I decided to try them while standing up, and I've been doing them that way since. I get much better isolation that way. My original plan was to start with reverse kegels for the first couple of weeks and then bring regular kegels into my routine after, but since Im seeing such great results with just reverse kegels alone I'll be sticking to them for now.
