Did you do the routine once a day? How long can you last now? How hard did you pull? How long did you last before the stretches? Did you lose any erection quality? Lastly, did you have any excitement/breathing issues during sex?
PLeaaaaseeee answer these as best you can the answers would help so much, about to go out with the girl of my dreams and can't ruin it with this pe

I suffered long time premature ejaculation and I can say that nowadays do not have that pain. I think there is no one solution for everyone with this problem and the most important is to know the cause of PE to know which is the best solution . My story is a little different since I decided not to exercise my EP . I exercise for stretching and thickening to find that my flaccid dick is small .
I ejaculated less than 2 minutes of penetration and had this problem since my first fuck . For many years I have tried various methods of control ( jelq , psychologist , masturbating before fuck , anesthetic creams , exercises and stop masturbating and others) and got no results (perhaps for lack of time , lack of patience or even old age ) I decided go to a urologist recommended by a friend who suffered from erectile dysfunction . I did several tests and no abnormalities that could cause EP and the urologist said I had no signs of anxiety or fear of failure were constadas . So I said that I started masturbating at 13 years of age and under 14 years of age I masturbated only once a day and 3-4 days a week . My masturbation rhythm was slow and took a long time to come - and after 30 to 40 minutes . When I started reading pornographic magazines started to masturbate more than once a day , every day, with a rhythm of masturbation ever faster and faster and I started to enjoy too quickly after 3-5 minutes. Having done so for many years the urologist said I was conditioned to ejaculate quickly and lost my reflection in the control of ejaculation . He said it would be difficult and would take a long time to recover the reflection again since I was 46 years old then suggested I do a test with remedies .
Every two months he passed a different medication and I had to report the results and side effects. Of the four types of tablets tested with two spent my ejaculation for 30 to 40 minutes , depending on the rate of penetration (before I ejaculated with 2 minutes) .
The tablet that I started taking clomipramine was because I had no side effects , however when I fucked her twice in the same day I enjoyed the first and second could not enjoy or because my wife got tired or I get tired . When I stroll to take a pill every two days this problem stopped . I am very pleased with the results and continue with the treatment , but now I take a pill every three days . My wife loved it.
This is my story I hope to be of some help .

Hi there you guys,
I`m a silent PEGym observer.
I`ve read a lot, but never said a word.
I`m like a forum ninja, but that`s about to change.
Of course I`ve made use of Your teachings, but until now I didn`t have anything substantial to say.
Background,
I suffer from medium/light PE. 10 or 15 minutes of intercourse is not a problem, but more seemed like a fight for survival.
So obviously there`s plenty of room for improvement.
I`m also graced with ED that mysteriously comes and goes. It`s a pain in the ass…
I blame both on porn, excessive masturbation and unhealthy lifestyle.
My thoughts and progress,
I first came here for DO as a starting point for MMO.
I got interested in MINUTEMAN`S DRY ORGASM GUIDE, and PEGASUS`S EDGINIG TOWARD MMO (thanks fellas)
I wasn`t after stamina at first.
After that, roughly 3 months ago I`ve started kegeling. Just the basic regular one, the one when you contract BC, as if holding back a fart. Never tried front or any reverse kegels.
I wasn`t wasting my time, and was intensively kegeling everyday .
For me it was pretty easy, after some time I could hold root lock for 30 minutes, or even more.
If I was concentratedcause after 15 minutes it was easy to automatically move thoughts somewhere else.
I guess I went too far, but luckily no strains. Still, there`s one another “but”…
I`ve tried edging, implemented regular kegel to masturbation, and was aiming for DO.
At first BC wasn`t strong enough, so I got dribbles, partials, and retro ejaculations.
I was pretty happy with first, but really delicate dry orgasms. Even when I had 1 dry/2 failed ratio.
I knew I was getting somewhere.
Goal wasn`t to increase stamina, but to have longer sex by allowing myself to orgasm a lot, instead of once and then lose the interest.
Encouraged by progress I was doing even more regular kegels, still hoping for better MMO experience.
And then bam!, three times “coming without cumming” from one erection!
I`ve even managed to DO inside a girl, once…..
I was so confident, that I thought the next time she`ll beg me to stop
So I enter her, and yes, after three minutes I`m fighting with immense need to ejaculate, WTF? – I thought.
I couldn`t hold it and I came very quickly, like my new gained knowledge and technique meant shit.
Quicker than before my fight for the better…
Next day I`ve started edging, and realized that my PONR is starting really soon.
I`ve tried that for few more days and was very disappointed. Obviously I was still on my intensive kegel routine.
Baffled I was...
I`ve decided to get back to PEGym an did some more reading.
After few hours I knew, that my short success was an effect of ALL KEGEL/NO REVERSE KEGEL ROUTINE.
And that basically I`ve started it all wrong.
Know I`ve stopped kegeling, and do only RKs to balance it. As I`m new to it, I`m using my abs, and for now, it`s not the most pleasant exercise. BUT IT WORKS!
Today`s session lasted 40 minutes without stopping stimulation. Fought the PONR off many times, so reverse kegeling is the future. Maybe it worked for me due to heavy load of regular kegels, don`t know.
Though I`ve noticed significant EQ drop in comparison to working with regular kegels. What`s up with that??
Big thanks to all of you for tons of knowledge and your hard work,
that made my hard work easier.
So all in all do not give up, and be thorough.
I have much more to do, but I`m happy that results can be seen.
I`ve placed that post here, though it`s a "success in progress" story.
Maybe someone will find clarification or hope.

Hey everyone I just wanted to share a success story of mine. Premature ejaculation was a disaster in my life and it caused some of my relationships to fall apart. I've tried everything... and I've found something that started to work which was prozac but I didn't want to worry my head about taking a pill just to satisfy my partner. After lots of visits at the psychiatrist I finally learned that I was getting over excited when having sex which caused premature ejaculation. After a few months of some exercises (still doing them again) I last 20+ minutes in bed which is still increasing. I think there are self exercises already in discussion at this forum. You ought to join in and contribute. Edging is one of them.

I've always had problems with PE for as long as I could remember. The reason why is because when I was about 13, I wanted to increase the size of my penis. I looked into kegels, stretching, and jelqing. Of course, I overdid kegels WAY too much. Also my masturbation habits were short, dry, and to the point to avoid getting caught. Every time I came, my PC muscles spazzed out like crazy, causing my orgasm to feel cut short and made my ejaculation less forceful. Last September I started dated someone and we started to become sexually active. The first couple times she grabbed my dick, I came. It was absolutely ridiculous. It started to become habitual and made me incredibly depressed. My depression absolutely destroyed my libido and made me cry uncontrollably for no reason. I was unable to achieve an erection when I was with my girlfriend. I can still see the look on her face, thinking that I'm just not attracted to her. I went to therapy, got on an antidepressant, and tried to get back to the old me mentally. After starting to feel better, I decided that I really should try and get this PE cured once and for all. I was so tired of it. Around early December, I stumbled upon this website and looked into a cure for PE. After reading so many success stories, I started my own routine.
Before December, I decided to stop watching porn. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE LIFE CHANGING MOVE! yourbrainonporn.com was so informative about how porn-induced erectile dysfunction is a real thing. I believe in it completely. I AM 18 YEARS OLD. NO ONE AT 18 SHOULD HAVE ANY SEXUAL DYSFUNCTIONS ALREADY. I have not watched any porn since. I'm incredibly proud of myself and not only did it bring my sexual function back, it made me more emotional, less numb, and way more attracted to the girls around me. Porn only spoiled my brain.
My routine consisted of reverse kegels and edging. That's all I did. I held a reverse kegel from the time I got up to the time I went to bed. Of course, I gave myself a couple breaks during the day, but I really tried to engage in a RK for as long as possible. I strongly believe that PE is caused physically as well as psychologically, so along with my pelvic floor therapy, I went on youtube and did hypnosis. There are free ones about ED, PE, anxiety, better sleep, remembering dreams. Basically anything you want to improve on, there's a hypnosis session for it. I didn't masturbate until I felt 100% confident that I wouldn't kegel involuntarily when I ejaculated. When I knew the time was right, I did it with complete success. Usually I jerked off for about a minute and a half, but this time was 10 minutes. I took my time, not fantasizing at all, but really just feeling the sensations I was receiving. I time myself whenever I edge and slowly elongate the duration. When I became confident in myself again, I called my girlfriend over. The fact that she stayed with me through all of this is amazing. I wanted to give her what she deserved. And guess what? That's exactly what I did. We had sex for about 45 minutes. Not because I couldn't last any longer, but because she had to go soon so I had to finish. That's right. I came on command. I had COMPLETE control over when I would finish. My ejaculation was incredibly forceful too. My confidence was at an all time high. REVERSE KEGELS AND EDGING WORKS. Mind you, I only did this for about a little less than a month.
Unfortunately, I did way too many reverse kegels and it caused me to get DE. This freaked me out and I relapsed into my old jerking off ways, but still with no porn. I'm back to involuntarily kegeling again. HOWEVER, I'm not as bad as I used to be. I last about 10 minutes. I'm back to reverse kegeling constantly and edging. I already see an incredible improvement.

These days I'm only lasting like between 6 and 10 minutes inside my girl. I have a lot on my mind these days, and so that might be contributing, but what I"d really like to know is what's normal?

I've read in some published research (research universities and not product sellers) that the duration of intercourse varies from 7 minutes to 10 minutes. You are normal. But you can increase your length by controlling its rhythm penetration. With a slow and gentle rhythm you can increase your penetration time
