I think it's worthy to bump this thread, as well as share my success.
I don't want to write a whole book about how I did it, because it really isn't that complicated. I have "cured" my PreE before, but have "relapsed" due to stress and not sticking to my routine. My routine consists of stretching, reverse kegels, breathing techniques, and edging. That's it. I cured my PreE in less than three months just by doing that.
My PreE had gotten to the point where I could last about 30 seconds with a numbing condom on. Absolutely terrible stamina, but I was tight. You need to keep your pelvic floor relaxed and stress-free. I tend to keep my stress in my pelvic floor, hamstrings, and upper neck. It's imperative for me to stretch these areas out. Hindi squats, RKs, yoga poses, and edging made it possible to relax my pelvic floor. Of course, there is a mental aspect of PreE, where you get performance anxiety, and the snowball effect kicks in. However, once you see your stamina improve, your anxiety starts dissipating, which helps even more. It's important to calm yourself down, and stop acting like PreE owns you. You have control over your body. You just need to remind your body that you're the one in charge.
After under three months of the routine, I cured the PreE. I've gone from lasting 30 seconds, to lasting to about 12-17 minutes on average without a numbing condom.
Consistency is what matters the most. You won't see results right away. It trickles in throughout your training. For instance, in 90 days, I went from lasting 30 seconds to about 15 minutes (900 seconds) average.
If you take (900 - 30) = 870 seconds. This is the amount of seconds I have gained in 90 days or so.
If you divide (seconds of improvement/days trained), which is (870/90), you'd get only 9.6. That means I gained about 10 seconds a day. Of course, that doesn't seem like much at all, but it adds up fast. BE PATIENT!

Good day.
My success story is as follows.
I'm 32 years old and really unfit tbh but not in the worst physical shape and I have been struggling with PE my whole life.
I am happily married with 2 kids and my wife has always been understanding when I came early , like 30s - 1min max.
The last few years with PE have been taking a toll on my self confidence and I could see my wife was not happy anymore with my situation even though she said it didn't bother her.
I was scrolling through the internet trying to find a solution to my problem and I fell into a thread where a guy referred to this website.
At first I didn't even notice the PE section and got intrested in maybe adding a few inches to my donger maybe that would help with my self confidence. I read through this one thread where you do stretch exercises and the guy said something it will help you get comfortable with your penis and if you started getting a hardon you press the penis head to make you go flaccid again and something about pressing your members head to make it go flaccid also made me take like a deep slow breath for some reason and I noticed my heart rate for the first time...and something clicked.
I did the stretching a few days afterwards once a day ( mostly focussing on my breathing and making myself relax ) and that night me and the misses went to town and for some reason everything just made sense...for the first time in my life we had like straight intense and continuous sex for like 15 - 20 min and I was still in control. The only reason we stopped was because my wife started to get so sensitive and her whole body was shaking with pleasure and OMG me nutting almost dislocated my hip that's how intense it was for me ....best sex I have ever had and for the first time I could see my wife was really satisfied and she didn't have to say a word. Now my wife can't get enough and we have been doing it like rabbits for the last 2 weeks
I understand people are different and some things won't work the same for others but trust me PE can be cured. Fck those dodgy ass pills and meditation ect ect.
So gl guys and thanx to that guy that made a thread about those penis exercises you are my hero.

Out of curiosity can you explain what do you think actually cured you?
You said you pinch the head to go flaccid and breathing.
What stretches did you do for how long?

Happy New Years Everyone!
Figured it was time to finally share my success story as well as the hope to provide further motivation to other men fighting to overcome PreE.
Background
Lets begin with a little background. I'm 30, not athletic but not overweight. I had been hit with a bad case of PreE to the point I was literally 2 pumps done. I had always been a couple mins man. But I'm not surprised now.
I never put any thought into masturbation since i was too young. I would jerk it all the time as fast as i could. When i was 15 id watch porn and jerk it late at night. That fast forward to my early 20s one day I powered through 7 orgasms in maybe an hour.
I didn't have sex for the first time till about 22 and it was fast. My gf and I would go at it often and the first round was short and then we would go again because the second round was always longer. See how the training began?
But that is just one part. The other part was that I literally held a strong kegel the whole time. During sex or masturbation I kegeled the whole time to pump my dick and it felt better. I trained myself to cum as fast as possible while strengthening my kegels and tightening my PF all at the same time.
I was single for about a year when i was 25ish and gymed a lot. Got in shape and when i met my gf of 5 years now, sex was great. My round 1 time was a little longer then normal which supersized us both by longer i mean 3-5mins. I would still have to kegel hold hard to stop which, at the time, i didn't know was a multi orgasm technique. It was kind of my way of making it seem my round 1 was super long. That stamina lasted about 1 and 1/2 years in when my gf got pregnant. Ever since my girl was born my time slowly dropped. I was also working a computer job that required me to sit for most of my day.
My round 1 went from minutes to a minute. It had been under a minute for about a year before I decided I needed to do something about it. My gf started to get unhappy and we started getting into fights over it. It would leave me broken some days because I felt like a worthless POS. What real man cant satisfy his own woman.
Sex became less frequent but my anxiety to perform grew. I started shaking in anticipation just by touching her body. My arousal was out of control.
That was it, I had it. I started googling everything i could find. I learned what kegels were and was told it would help my stamina so I did them... bad start. I was trying to find any fix when i came across this site. Hovered for a month or so before I finally started a log.
What did i do?
I tried a little bit of everything that was posted. Penis head pinch, penis stretches, kegels, RKs, Edging, ballooning stretches etc. I was willing to do about anything to fix it.
Now the real question, what worked? (in order of what i feel personally helped the most)
1. Core/Lower Ab strength (Leg lifts and or the Core and Ab routine youtube link in my thread)
1.5 Fixing APT (Though number 1 should do most of the work, Quad stretches help as well)
2. RKs (Learning to relax and stretch are key to countering the kegel reflex and the tightening of the PF)
3. Stretching (Hindi Squats, Child Pose, etc open up the RK's potential and releases tension on the PF)
4. Tennis Ball Massage (really helped push the stretching up a notch)
5. Mentally Overcoming anxiety with breathing and calming techniques
6. Edging (Retraining tool. Teaches arousal scale and body awareness)
I cant stress enough how important this list is. I went from 2 pump to a few hours ago my gf and I had sex to bring in the new year. I was sober so no funny business. I outlasted her to the point I needed to pump a kegel to finish. I now have the stamina to go for long periods of time without stopping and the control to finish when I want to.
It can be done and there are countless people to thank who have helped along my journey.

I have read most of your progress log and really appreciate all the advice that you provide.
I am working more on my core/abs (hanging knee raises, leg lift, plank and just bought an ab roller wheel). I have also started body weight squats (recently haven't he great EQ due to too much PE and just reverse kegel and no kegel at all). I also do glute bridges and go to gym about twice a week (I am not big but in good shape with body fat of about 14%). Is slow do lots of PE stuff such as bundle stretching, jelqing, fowfer, bathmate, clamping and lots of edging).
I am pretty flexible in most parts except my hamstrings (I can’t even touch floor while bending). I recently stretch my hamstring all day at work by putting my leg on top of recycle trash can and switch legs and after switching I do tennis ball massage (few hours five times a week.
I have always has PRE-E however several different medication has helped even at very low doses (ex: tramadol about 25 mg or 37.5 mg for full control). I am also regular cannabis smoker and smoke at nights and it helps a little.
Recently for the past few months, I am able to have sex for a longtime when I am standing by the bed and have my legs in a reverse V form or one leg on the bed. I hold a light Rk the whole time.I think one thing I noticed is I don’t Rotate my pelvis and that might help since lots of people mention if I’m APT position Pf gets tighter easier and very hard to RK.
I usually cum less than 30 seconds in morning (Pf very tight when I wake up and balls are tight and up and small). Past few days, I had sexual twice (wife was on vacation for 3 weeks) and first time was with 37.5 mg tramadol and lasted for an hour easily in all positions including missionary and forced myself to cum by kegeling. Two days later in the morning before work, she initiated sex and without anything (not even cannabis), I was able to last about 10 min (mainly standing and very slow to begin with and holding light RK the whole time).
what part of my Body gets tights you think, since I am able to last while standing (my guess is whatever position is easier to Rk and no pelvic rotation to atp)?Started 7/15/2017

Next time you edge, put your knees together (if possible) then spread your legs apart. You will feel the sensation/arousal go up and then go down. The tension you hold in your PF really affects things and when I have sex, I know i make it a point to not be in APT position and spread my legs when possible.
