First of all, congratulations on the success. This gives confidence to all of us thst are still working on it.
One question. Most guys say they last longer if they spread legs. However for me is just the opposite. When I keep my knees together in missionary for example I can last a bit longer. The moment I spread them I cum... What do you think might be the reason in terms of pelvic floor balance ?

Not sure, guess it goes along the lines of everyone is different. I know when i'm laying on my back edging, if i close my legs it pushes up slightly on my pf. I'v played with it a couple of times closing my legs to raise arousal and then open then back up to relax the tension and lower arousal.
The only thing i can think of is maybe when you place your legs together with a little bit of force, your pelvis maybe correcting itself from any APT you may have.My PE Thread

For such a long time I believed that PreE is a cause of mental focus, roots of ejaculation in the mind etc. But after having RKs and stabilization of the PF, I have reached the conclusion that more than 90% is really about PF, how open it is and how relax it can remain during sex. Lasting long was a real challenge for me although I could. But after being introduced to concepts here, I can actually enjoy sex and it is not a fight anymore.
I really owe one to this site.

If I can reiterate this just so that I'm clear... let's say that when we reach a certain level of arousal, we're brought to PONR and subsequently climax. Therefore we believe that that level of arousal is linked to climax, making it a psychological problem and we need to learn to reduce high arousal in the mind, maybe by extensive edging with pictures, etc. BUT you're saying that by fixing pelvic floor inbalance/weakness, we can disconnect high arousal from PONR. We can continue to reach that arousal level, but it won't trigger us anymore. Is this correct?

Gotta rewire to enjoy the pleasure of stimulation more than ejaculation; ejaculation is just the finisher. A lot of men don't feel pleasure out of ejaculation, and that's where the problem resides. I know this because I was one of them.
You don't need kegels to achieve erection, or to maintain erection, or to feel pleasure, or to even reach PONR.

I've posted before how I've beaten PreE, and how I've improved how long I've been able to last. However, I complained I was left with a weird sensitivity that never felt like I was one hundred percent back to normal. Well, it turns out my psoas was also out of whack. I've started work on my psoas in the last few weeks and I've got a girth gain from it, and the best erections that I've ever had. Mindblowing. The weird sensitivity is reduced too, and it will only go down it seems. The improvement has been so vast that I've forgotten to use the tennis ball. Also, my lower back pain is gone.
I really goes to show that you need to be methodical in looking at which muscles are tense, and how tension can hide.
I tried an active trauma release in the psoas as well, it works, and I recommend people try it, however, the stretches have been more beneficial for me in the immediate sense. The active release is likely strengthening counter-balancing muscles, that may have become weak with the overactive psoas.

Cheers, the best way to stretch the psoas I've discovered so far is in the following:
psoas stretch.jpg
If you're on a lower table, you can put one arm resting on the bent leg, and arch towards the bent leg, and upwards. This gives the best stretch.
I've been working on other yoga asanas that either target the pelvic floor, hamstrings, or hip flexors. However, I stopped because this has had the most impact. My plan is to get the psoas and hamstrings regulated, then go back to general weightlifting, but very importantly, weighted stretches too.
Here is a visual collection of the asanas, (I have no idea of half of their names):

Best of luck.
