I'm glad for your success and its nice to see another success story on this thread, as they all offer the rest of us inspiration!
I'm on a 50/50 routine as well, just started a real regimented routine about a week ago.
Just one question: How long did you have your premature ejaculation for? I've had it for as long as I can remember (I'm 18 almost 19) so I probably have a long road ahead of me, however if you recently didn't have premature ejaculation and develope it, I feel it's most likely an easier fix...
EDIT: also what was your routine exactly? I do 10sec regular kegel followed by 10sec reverse for 50 reps of each.

Do you do a kegel or a reverse kegel at a spasm/PONR? If I do a kegel I will ejaculate for sure. If I do a reverse kegel the urge disappears instantly. Same thing causes pre-cum to gush out. I feel that when you push out/reverse kegel, it blocks the ejaculate system and engages the urinary system. It's either one or the other down the tube. Know what I mean? I think my main problem was masturbating without lube watching porn while doing reg kegels. I stopped reg kegels and masturbate with lube and now I went from 3 minutes to 50 minutes in 2 weeks. I will have sex soon and let you know. Do you masturbate with lube or without?

Must have had premature ejaculation since I was 18. Not sure I would call it "premature" as such, but I could never last as long as i would like. I split up with my girlfriend and never had a sexual partner again until I was 21, so there was a rather long period of time inbetween.
When I started being sexually active with my current girlfriend, this is when I started to cum quicker than ever before (probably down to anxiety, seeing as I hadn't had sex in a long while). I'm 22 now and feel I finally have control over it. So to answer your question, around 3-4 years.
As for my routine, it's currently ten kegel flutters followed by ten reverse kegel flutters, ten of each. Followed by a ten second kegel hold then a ten second reverse kegel, repeat this 5 times. Then I repeat over again. I do it on my 35 min commute to work each morning and on my way home each evening.
I used to do kegels only, but have introduced the 50/50 regime for maybe the last 4 or 5 months. It should be noted that to start with I never done as many as I do now though, I just gradually built it up.

I tend to do a kegel during sex when I feel I'm getting close to PONR , however do a RK before I start thrusting again. I feel the kegel holds off the ejaculation and the RK relaxes your pelvic floor, so that when you start again you dont have the urge to cum again right away.
Something else I've noticed recently is my erections don't slump straight after I ejaculate, and I can keep it up and go again pretty quickly. The other night I ejaculated inside my girlfriend and we just lay there for a moment, I was still rock hard and started going again, she seemed to love itThis is probably the first time I've ever felt confident in bed and I pray it stays this way.
And I do not use lube when I masturbate, I dont get the chance to masturbate that often.

I bet u that if u do a reverse kegel instead of a reg kegel u will hold off just as or even better than using a reg kegel. Have u even tried it? Regular kagels at the PONR just makes me ejaculate right away. A reverse kegel flex cuts off the semen/precum system and triggers the urinary system I feel. As long as you don't have to urinate you are fine. Try it and let me know. I bet you won't even need te reg kegel anymore at the PONR.

First I just wanted to say thanks to all the members of PEgym who have posted advice on PreEjac.
Now, to describe my work in progress success story.
I am batteling a fairly severe case of PreEjac brought on by what I believe was forced ejaculation as a kid. It has been an issue in basically all of my relationships, especially the one I am currently involved in (to the point where recently she wishes not to make love because she does not get satisfied)
I began edging/kageling about 3 months ago with advice that i recieved from various search engine sources. However, it was not until I found yall that I believe that I have started making progress. For about 3 weeks i have been questing to become a mmo; and have very recently made huge breakthroughs in lengthening my staying power by the use of reverse kegeling.
In my most recent edging session I felt more in control of myself than I ever have before implementing reverse kegles for the first time. I am not so confident, however, that this recent success will translate into longer stamina with my partner. Did anyone else feel this immediate uplifting after using rev. kegels for the first time? could it have just been a fluke session? Or was finding the solution really that easy?
Also, I can keep myself from ejaculating after crossing the PONR fairly consistently and can keep it up afterwords with the 2ed wind that comes from having just came. Sometimes after being able to hold ejaculation back I will then go soft. (From what I remember reading this is somewhat normal when first going for mmo right?) What I am lacking is the actual big time orgasm without the ejaculation. Is that something that comes with more time and practice?
Lastly, I am wondering when I should try to get back in there and give my GF the pounding she deserves. I have explained to her that I am trying to become mmo and have tried twice to accomplish mmo while fucking (didnt ejac but still went limp/couldnt hold it back because she was squirming around while I was kegeling hard). After the most recent trial she became disgraught and said she was not interested in making love if my quickness was going to continue.
I have no doubt that I can overcome this, especially with yalls help, but what goals should I shoot for before I give the real thing another try?

The routine below is helping me a great deal. Edging and ballooning and a combo of the two works wonders. Only ejaculating once every 4 times is great training also. I have also come up with the "ball and socket" ballooning technique. Look for the post. Stimulating and getting used to intense friction of the penis head and underneath the penis head is crucial. Also look for my journal and log.

I have gone from ejaculating in 2 minutes to sometimes 1 hour and 15 minutes!!!! I also owe a lot of my building success to Reverse Kegels and NOT sitting on a hard chair putting pressure on my prostate while masturbating hard and fast and doing regular kegels the whole time watching porn on the computer, ejaculating too quickly on purpose to get it over and done with for a whole year without a girlfriend.
