After about 5 years of struggling with PE all the advice and topics on this site have really helped. In a month i've gone from 2 minutes and being on the brink of cumming the whole time to 25 minutes of being in control!
I have no secret formula. But this is what I've done for the last month. Kegels and reverse kegels everyday. Started with edging with my hand, but I needed something more stimulating so I invested in a fleshlight STU. I only use the STU now and no more hand masturbation. Also worked on a breathing I work on my breathing while i do my kegels and with the STU. Also relaxing everything from the waist down is a big help! and no porn whatsoever.
There is no better feeling then being in control during sex. PE crept in for me about 5 years ago and I couldn't seem to shake it. I made a determined decision a month ago to fix it. I knew my wife was disappointed with our sex life, 2 minutes wasnt cutting it for either of us. The last few times we've had sex has been amazing.
