  • Suddenly Developed PE - Help!

Hi guys, this is my first post to the forum, came here desperate for some help with PE. The threads I've read on here have all been really helpful but I'm hoping someone can help diagnose the root of my problem.

I'm 22 years old, and have been having regular sex for the last 3 and a half years. I've never had any trouble controlling how long I last until recently, and used to be able to go for as long as I wanted (around 15-20 mins normally).

Suddenly, over the last few weeks, I seem to have acquired PE. It started as only being able to go a few minutes, and now I'm lucky to get further than a few thrusts. I just don't know what's happened to me so suddenly, and it's really getting me down.

I would say that I have been getting progressively less exercise over the past few years due to my office job, and my diet isn't great, but I don't smoke or drink excessively and I'm not overweight (still around 11/12 stone).

There are some other symptoms making me wonder if there's an underlying problem. I keep getting a fuzzy kind of headache almost every morning, feeling as if I've been drinking when I haven't. My concentration seems to have dropped also and my hands and feet feel slightly numb at times and tingly? I also have a reoccurring bad back, but this could be another issue altogether.

Been doing kegals for the last few weeks since this started, along with stopping watching porn and practicing edging, but to no avail.

It's getting to the point now where I feel this is like a weight on my shoulders 24/7. Please, someone give me some advice!
