To do a reverse kegel, you have to find the muscle group. When you urinate you are doing the same motion with the PF. Focus on this motion and try to do it. If you are standing, think of the muscles "dropping".

I've had this question for awhile but haven't asked. I've been trying to learn how to RK for the longest and don't know if when doing it, should I feel it in my upper crutch just below my stomach, or should I feel it under my balls by the perenium? There's 2 ways I can make myself pee faster and I don't know which one is the RK

You want to feel it below your balls in the pelvic floor area. It should feel like the muscle is expanding out lightly. What you feel below your stomach is normal but there is no real benefit to it.

Just dont buy the whole, you should be able to do this while in a relaxed state. It seems physiologicslly impossible. Try stretching your calf without having to exert an opposing movement. Its the same reason why you have to tense up and push when you want to force urine out. So how is it expected to stretch these muscles without having to use your abs and tensing???

I can balloon as long as i want without any IKs but as soon as i masturbate i cant control the IKs, i do reverse kegels and pelvic floor stretching. anyone has any suggestions?
