    Hey all,

    Haven't been on here for about a year! However, I have been trying out some of my own "theories" in regards to PreE and want to share the promising results.

    My short story

    I havnt always suffered from PreE, I found I brought it on myself by mistake. I basically found ballooning/edging completely messed me up (made me orgasm much faster) due to accidental strengthening my kegel during these exercises. So for that reason I threw pretty much everything I read online out the window and began with my own theory.

    My theory

    The theory I experimented with is actually very basic. It came around after my girlfriend wanted to stop taking her pill because she was gaining weight. This meant we turned to condoms. I hadn't used condoms with her in about 2 years. It took me literally an hour + to orgasm. I just couldnt do it.
    I put this down to reduced sensitivity from using a condom.
    Anyway, after about 2/3 months of using them and getting used to them, she went back onto the pill allowing me to stop using condoms. As funny as it sounds that sesh with no condom lasted literally 20 seconds. It was so sensitive and intense after not using a condom.

    This is where I started to think, what If I reverse this idea and some how make my penis get used to excessive sensitivity and therefore last longer. And (so far) its been working pretty well.

    How I applied this theory

    To apply this theory I basically thought about ways to masturbate with excess focus on the glads, as these areas are most sensitive. This was done just using a very tight grip on the head only with a lot of lube. Using a cock ring can help. I also included porn - yes included it into my routine. I found that this again increased my "sex drive" and therefore made me more sensitive quickly. Although iv read it to be negative, I think it helped.

    I spend a month apart from my girlfriend every other month (if that makes sense) and therefore had a good amount of time to test this theory. Initially during the "firm grip on head masturbation" I found I needed to orgasm after about 30 seconds. If this was the case I would stop, pause the porn if I was watching and let my self relax, then start again. I can now do it for far longer, almost as long as I want at a steady pace.

    The results

    For me this seems to have worked. Iv been testing this theory now for about a year and I last much longer than before I started. I wouldnt say its a "cure" but it seems to make sense. Its almost like the reverse of wearing a condom - instead of having stimulation reduced by the condom, you teach yourself to get used to excess stimulation and therefore when you have sex you can last longer.


    Just a side note, I do carry out daily penis pumping currently. This hasnt seemed to make any difference to my preE routine described above

    It would be interesting to see if you guys have tested or would like to give this a go so I thought I would share. If it helps anyone, thats a bonus! Would appreciate comments as well on the theory!

    Your idea makes a world of sense to me. In life, if certain acts tire out your muscles, you never seem to get used to them until you challenge the muscles even more, and then the lesser stuff becomes easy. Challenges seem to be a key to some much evolution, to the body, the brain, the emotions.

    It's sounds related to what I've been proposing in the blog linked in my signature below. One of my favorite methods of addressing IKs is to kinda excess them out, by doing something more intense until the original trigger is now easy to maintain. This may not be ideal in some ways, but I'm a fan and see progress.

      Yeah it definitely seems to work with me.

      Im a personal trainer so relate a lot of my training in a gym, to my "PEGym".

      If I want to do 8 reps for a certain weight but couldnt, a great way to hit that would be to do more weight for lower reps for a number of weeks.

      This is similar to the method I said above, I want to get used to the level of stimulation sex provides, so to do that im over compensating by getting used to far greater stimulaton..and it seems to work :P

      I guess not may other agree haha.

          Hey man thanks for sharing your methods. With myself I have taken the same approach, I suffer from a lot of IKs during sex, tightening of muscles and kegaling at times when not focusing to RK. My sexual response self consciously/ consiously is very rushed but I've started to do edging sessions whilst trying to stay relaxed, using RK but at the same time stimulating myself on the sensitive areas as much as possible to simulate sex. I have had good progress practising this, whilst having sex but I've had a few set backs but will be pushing on over the time ahead and see how it goes!
