  • Reverse Kegeling why exhaling

I'm finding it very hard to reverse kegel while inhaling. I feel like I can do it while exhaling. From what I read people recommend doing it while inhaling. Is there anything wrong with doing it the other way around?

I never knew such a thing mattered once you get yourself very familiar with RK's you'll be able to do them inhaling and/ exhaling. Hey! You'll even be able to do them while holding your breath!

I can't speak on the effect, because I am still having trouble identifying if reverse kegels actually have any affect on my PONR. I will say early on that I found it very difficult to RK while inhaling. It didn't seem natural. It seemed to make more sense to do it while exhaling, although after a few days I did find it quite easy to RK while inhaling. Again, not sure what difference it actually makes. May be a useless comment, sorry.
