I'm wondering if just kegel exercises mixed with edging/ballooning will allow me to achieve full ejaculatory control. I've read a lot of the different articles but they all talk about or direct you to arousal techniques psychological changes. I want to know if the exercises alone will work as i dont want to lower my arousal, if anything i want to heighten it. Is it possible?

But really it depends on where you are at now . For many guys arousal is a problem ,if it isnt a problem for you there is no need to work on it.
