I just started with the pelvic floor balance routine and I'm not sure if I'm even doing them correctly.
I'm having trouble with isolating the front reverse kegel, it seems that I'm also contracting my abs in the proccess
and holding my breath. Breathing normally and doing reverse kegels is impossible at the moment. I also think that to compensate for my lack of muscle control I use too much force to actually feel the exercise and that's what's causing the breath holding and tight abs.
any tips on how to overcome this?
