    PONR stands for Point of no return, when you reach it you can't return.

    So you don't edge to PONR you edge near PONR. The way you can do that is by slowing down or even stopping when you are very near PONR. The more experienced and adept you are the nearer to the PONR you can edge.

    Also that IK that is happening and then you ejaculate is actually a ejaculatory spasm (which basically is an involuntary kegel but not the one you should aim to stop) rather than the traditional IK as you edge more you will learn how to distinguish types of IKs.

    As for the regular IKs that happen during edging there are two ways I prefer, one is to either turn an IK into a 1-3 second kegel hold (not to strong of a hold) or to hold a reverse kegel when IK occurs.

    I see myself tackling this obstacle by edging everyday from the 14 minutes I did today to 30 minutes eventually, I also see myself doing 100 RK's and 25 K's that are about 1-2 seconds long each

    Is there anything I am missing? Thanks!

    I think it is a good idea to just edge for now for at least a month or two and then add a pelvic floor routine (something like level 0 only from here is a good idea). Aim so that your edging session be somewhere between 20-45 minutes and try to make it so that each next session is either the same in duration or a little bit longer. Of course this is not always applicable but let it be your long term goal.
