    Ok so like 2 weeks ago or so I tried edging twice and both days I ejaculated early and I did it wrong. So I tried it again today and I saw a thread about edging where it says for people who dont last long to ejaculate first then do it. So I did and it was probably the biggest load Ive had since my teenage years. So I put some porn on and try to edge. For one I couldn't get hard anymore. I was watching porn and was not getting hard and my penis felt like I had just had a 45 minute sex with the girl of my dreams lol. Anyways I got annoyed because my penis wouldn't get hard but I continued anyways and I kept on masturbating harder and faster and I finally reached the point of no return and I tried holding it in as best as I could but I guess it wasn't enough and I shot another load. My penis didn't hurt after but it was a little tired but my balls really hurt. And it wasn't like extreme pain but it was like soreness. I took a shower and emphasized on my penis and everything went well. My penis feels fine now just really tired but I was wondering if anybody know how to control my ejaculation and how I can edge better?

    First, I recommend you read the stickies on this forum, then follow a kegels (regular and reverse) routine.

    Keep practicing the basic edging technique until you master it before you attempt advanced techniques, attempting a dry orgasm so early on is very dangerous and could lead to an injury, for now, focus on toning your pelvic floor muscles and learning your body's responses to stimulation.


    Also don't go overboard, edging two to three times a week is enough, and don't try to force it if your penis is tired.


    I highly recommend against using porn, you will negatively condition yourself and may exacerbate your problem as well as induce others.

    I suggest begining with stop/start edging and work up to kegel /rk forms over time.
