It's making the transition from edging to actual sex that's the hard part for me. Being able to edge endlessly hasn't helped with the real thing very much at all.
I have now bought a fleshlight and I can last a similar amount of time with that to real sex so I'm hoping it will be the practice I need.

That's cool but the fleshlight might be giving you stimulation that is too light, smooth, sensual and delicate. Light touches, I believe, are what makes the penis hypersensitive and what causes involuntary regular kegel spasms. I would do dry death grip instead, but that's just me.

Yeah the fleshlight does give me a lot of IKs. My thinking is I can't make the transition actual sex so hopefully it will help. You have said before that getting used to the feeling of real sex was helpful for you, hopefully it can help me out. I am trying dry death grip edging but being un-cut and having a very short frenulum it doesn't seem so easy to me at the moment.
Another big problem I have is thrusting. So this is something else I need to practice! Gonna keep trying, no matter how long it takes.

Yeah get on your knees and thrust while you edge. I never used the fleshlight and I assume it would be too sensual and light touching. Not good for prem ejac.

Congratulations! What was your problem exactly and what did you do to cure it?

Feel free to "just" give me links but I am interested.

I used to ejac in 1-3 minutes.
I did tons of different things to cure myself. That are all in my log and my death grip posting.
