  • Overwhelmed on which routine I should start for Pelvic Floor Balance

Ive been battling PE for quite some time. I feel like I really need to buckle down and tackle each area on at a time.
I want to make sure I have a balanced floor but there are so many different routine I don't know where to start.
I do know how to reverse kegel and I feel like I should do a work out geared towards 60:40 rk to k but I don't know where to start...

There are so many different stickies with information from MM's DO to imac's stuff to the stretching, etc.

What is a good beginner routine to start?

You can start anywhere both the guys you mention know rgere stuff . It is important to start even if it is very little because one can work up over time ae your condition increases . So if you do 6 rk and 4 kegel today you can do more tomorrow and in a few weeks you will have built up considerably. If you dither little will be accomplished .
One point I would like to make though, don't do to much for your present level of condition.

Three but if you are training light enough you can do more.
