Hi I have a few questions:
-I figured I should be doing Front reverse kegels and edging. How often should I be doing these. I think right after each of my JP routine sessions. Or should I only do one of edging or Front reverse kegels?
-Do the kegels in JP's 90 day routine count toward the 70:30 Reverse kegel to Kegel exercises? Or do I perform say 10 minutes of front reverse kegels and then ~4.3 minutes of kegels?

You can add edging after JP90 two to three times a week.
If you do regular kegels, then you have to add reverse kegels AFTER your routine to balance your pelvic floor.A real man never hurts a woman. Remember the Jp is a lot of workload itself ,so keep total workload in mind.
