Thread: Still Struggling

Hey guys im 19 and have struggled with premature ejaculation for the last 2 years. Definitely brought on by poor masturbation habits (trying to cum as quick as possible 7 - 10 times a week for 7 years). Ive tried a variety of things but nothing has really worked for me. I think a huge problem for me is arousal control but ive read the stick and dont really understand what has to be done.
What I have done so far:
- Stopped watching porn (3 months and counting)
- starting doing squats and yoga type stretches
- Started doing reverse kegels (2 sets of 10 each night holding each kegel for 3 seconds)
- Edging most days (ejaculating every third day)
- Started taking zinc and vitamin b in the morning
- running 3 times a week (I already go to gym 5 days a week but only lift weights)
Other things to note:
- I can only edge for about 10 minutes
- I basically always have at least a slight erection whenever im with my girlfriend even if she isnt touching me.
- Last time I was with my girlfriend I ejaculated within 2 minutes of her giving me a handjob.
One last thought is there any connection between premature ejaculation and liver problems? I was on accutane for a year and drank large amounts of alcohol throughout even though I wasnt supposed to due to potential damage to the liver. And ive basically been a binge drinker ever since.

I think you are on a good road with what you are currently doing you just need to give it more time before you start to see the advances.
Having an ready erection is always a good thing so don't see that as a weak side.
And of course binge drinking or any kind of problematic quantities of drinking should be avoided at least for the time you actually are trying to fix premature ejaculation problems. Drinking in general should not give you much problem but any excess is an excess.
Start with a physical activity (swimming, fitness, jogging, yoga or all of the mentioned) start engaging and feeling your whole body more, this will help you to feel the arousal trough whole of your body and not just the center area.
So for now just edge and do what you are doing for a month or two and then revisit and note if you have made any advancements. If you have had a good edging session feel free to ejaculate, while it is a good idea to ejaculate every third day you should also reconnect ejaculation with pleasure and the whole process with pleasure. It also is a sort of reward system since if you have performed will and you ejaculate your brain will start seeing that lasting more is a good thing.
