Hi guys,
So I have a Journal in the 'Progress Forum' but because this is the first problem I want to address I think is better for me to have a Journal in this section, so I can have opinions and maybe help someone with the same problem.
I have been masturbating since I was 14 and never really stopped (25 now). I would stop like during a part of the summer because I didn't had porn to help me but that's just it. Right now I'm have a girlfriend and although sometimes I cum early, there are other days that I can take 20min or more. This probably means that my problem has a cure. I'm not the 2min guy. But in some specific positions and when I'm over aroused I can cum quickly.
I really want to improve my sexual behavior to improve my sexual life. I want the girl to have orgasms and definitely want her to beg for me to cum!
What triggered this issue was definitely the masturbating situation doing kegels to cum fast. Do you agree that it is the reason why I do a lot of involuntary kegels?

Let's understand my arousal and erections:
I have always been a guy with a high arousal level. Maybe it's related to hormones or masturbating to porn. With 25yo I still get aroused quickly when I'm simply hugging my girlfriend. This means that I really don't try to control my arousal. I think a lot about sex and having pleasure too.
When I'm ready to have sex I'm normally at a level 8/9 of arousal and sometimes definitely at 10! And my erection is probably the same. I get really hard as quickly as I get aroused so that's definitely something I have to think about. When I'm doing sex, I have managed to lower my arousal level to a 7 and to keep a 8/9 erection.
I know that if I watch porn without masturbating I can control my arousal and erection and after a while I can watch it without being erected or aroused. One of my big questions is - Can we do that when we are with a woman/girlfriend? How can a guy control his arousal level and erection while a girl is starting to suck is cock? I really would like to do that, to have my girlfriend sucking my cock and not being erected? Is this possible?

Step 2. Identify how to breathe correctly and learn a breathing technique that works for you to relax.
This is my next step. I'm going to try to find some techniques to help me breath correctly during sex/edging. Will try to use them this week while having sex to.
I just started to do 50 reverse kegels a day because I have noticed that I involuntary kegel a lot during sex while pooping or pissing. I'm trying to not do it but it still happens. Should I have a routine with even more reverse kegels exercices?

I think your looking to see if you can stop being aroused in these situations instead of taking control of it. Not being aroused or becoming erect when a girl goes down on you is not being in control, your actually taking your arousal, libido, sexual desire and essentially eliminating it which is not something you want to do.
Instead getting used to these highly arousing situations but not submitting to ejaculating early is how you might improve.
And the reverse kegels are what will stop the early involuntary kegels so start a routine with them but look into the other exercises on the site to go with them.

I'm having a hard time to write and read things in this forum because I don't really have free time to do it unfortunately.
But I will definitely try to continue even if it is 'slowlier' than the rest.
Do you suggest edging and other pelvic exercices?
I had sex last Wednesday and I made the mistake of not controlling my arousal during foreplay. I just tried to control it after foreplay, and it was too late I guess. Every position I entered her I was too sensitive and mentally destroyed because of that. Because I knew I was going to cum quickly if I started thrusting. So I just changed positions a lot and found a good one to continue - missionary with her legs up - and managed to have some good sex for a while, and that originated a more positive state of mind and I could keep pounding her for a while.

I stayed away from kegels at the start as they caused me to cum even quicker. I did an rk only routine with stretches and deep squats and improved immensely. I still an rk weighted routine but its about 3:1 rk to kegel.
