No success with desensitizing products

Hi,
I tried two different products with desensitizing/numbing effect, Condoms and a spray.
Both of them had a numbing effect on my Penis and made it less sensitive.

The Problem is that the decreased sensivity didn't really help me to last longer. It was a bit harder to get a full erection and it was only about 80%, but this isn't the problem because that's enough to have sex.
I didn't last longer than usual, maybe even a bit shorter because I felt like I have less control overall because of the numbing effect.

After this test, I think that the sensivity of my penis is not the problem, maybe it's more related to arousal and control, so it's mainly in my head and not in my penis. I can't recommend this numbing products, the feeling sucks and it didn't help me.

I now try reverse-kegels and kegels, stop watching porn, start edging and just having more sex.

What do you think about this?

I'd bet the issue is with IKs, do what you said and you should see an improvement.

Yes, I do have IKs when I'm near PONR. I will try to fix this by doing revese-kegels and kegels. How much of them should I do every day?

Just do reverse kegels to start with, do them for about 4 weeks. Just do as many short bursts as you can but don't go over 50, do three or four sets a day but have a rest day inbetween, so 1 day on 1 day off. Post up any improvements or lack there of as often as you can.
