Hi
This is my first post but I have been reading this forum off and on for a few weeks.
I have terrible PE and have been trying some first steps to resolve it. I know when I PE I can't control my PC muscle and I have long constant IK until I ejaculate.
I have tried to RK but every time I think I have done one I do a regular kegel after and it feels pretty much the same.
How can I know for sure that I am successfully doing a RK so I can try and balance my muscles.
Hope someone can help!
