So The last time I posted here I had a fairly bad case of pre ej.i still have..as bad as ever!!!
However I've learned a lot about myself and the reasons for my quick ejaculation. The main causes are prone masturbation(laying facedown on the bed rubbing my penis off the mattress until I cum).i could do this 4 or 5 times in a row and cum even when flaccid.
So I stopped this around 6 months ago and my eq shot up.however my pre ejaculation stayed the same
When I thruster into the bed I would constantly be holding a kegel so therefor involuntary kegels were constant when masturbating and also even during the day.
I have a constant tense pelvic floor but I've been reverse kegelling for last few weeks and realise I have to get this sorted before I have any success.
Every time I thrust I tense up my pelvic floor and ik so ovum quickly
6weeks ago I had 2 weeks if total control in the bedroom.cant understand it.dont know what the reason was but I would last for as king as I wanted and then all of a sudden it was back to 5 minutes.
I was taking St. John's wort so was thinkin that maybe they finally kicked in after 6or 7 weeks if taking them or should they kick in immediately?stopped taking them after that as u couldn't get any
I've developed a bit of OCD in the last few months mainly with lots of obsessional thoughts about my gf,this leads to anxiety increased stress levels, muscle tension etc.im going to a psychotherapist about this and im
slowly getting better.im nor going to take antidepressents as I would like to beat this myself but i am interested in supplements
I do mediation and breathing techniques along with healthy eating and exercise
Could anyone here give me advice on my following thoughts
I'm going to start back taking St. John's wort twice daily,
I'm looking for something for muscle relaxants ie something to relax my pelvic floor tension in conjunction with my reverse kegel routine.
Could I take magnesium and zinc with sjw
Or should I take b6 with 5htp
Also reading a bit about histamine but don't know enough
If someone could give me a supplement plan I would be very appreciative or some advice about supplements for muscle tension and general anxiety lowering
Thanks very much for any replies
Thanks also to everyone on this site and all the great information that's here

Try a routine to reduce and eventualy rid yourself of pelvic floor tension, the supplements can work for people but this is the better and more permanent way, you can always add in supplements after you start to make improvements, i was looking into 5htp earlier and its something i might try down the line. If your pre e is a lasting time of 5 mins then you have a good starting point aswel so i think exercise would be good for you.

Thanks for the reply.
Just looking up rhodiola and it seems to have positive effects on anxiety. Muscle tension etc
What do ye reckon about this..thinking of taking that with a multivitamin for 2 or 3 months along with a serious rk routine I can't get sjw readily

After taking SSRI for a while, anxiety, OCD, racing brain, insomnia etc., is what I got. It did not work for pre e but disturbed the neurochemistry, most importantly GABA. I think sjw and SSRI's works the same way.
Now I am trying multivitamins and it has fixed the anxiety, racing thoughts within few days. So my suggestion is you should try a well balanced multivitamin / multi mineral for the general well being, which should include zinc, magnesium, b6, iron, calcium etc.
Look at following link for essential vitamins for GABA and serotonin:

But before looking at these supplements check with your doctor if they are even needed, your serotonin levels could be fine.
