    Does anyone have a good explanation/video/pictures of how to correctly perform squats to help PE?

    We are currently discussing squat variants and their usefullness for pe .
    Current thinking seems to favour as deep as possible ,a sumo position and a pause in the bottom position.

    Feet flat on the ground about shoulder width apart, keeping your back straight bring your ass as close to the floor as you can then repeat. To keep the muscle stretched i don't come all the way back up just half way.

    I have been wondering what is meant by deep squats. When I squat down as far as I can feel my pelvic floor tightening up, especially at the back. I do half squats, like a horse riding position, this helps me increase rev kegel intensity.

    When we talk about doing deep squats, do we then include with or without weights? If its just the stretching thats effective isent it better if we just stay in a deep squat position?

    Deep squat means to the limit of your flexibility.
    Length of pause in bottom position is still being argued . Few guys have experimented with weighted pause squats ,but I have and they will strengthen the pelvic floor I am less certain of the stretch effect.

    I do them with weights aswel, but as part of my other workouts, when doing with my pelvic floor routine i do them mostly without sometimes with a little weight 10-15kg. I alternate between holding/ pausing and doing reps.
