    hi, i'm new here, but i've been following this forum for around a month and i have a question: is it good do do your reverse kegel routine while watching porn, only watching not touching yourself or anything (now i'm doing a rev keg only, because i just started) and then doing your edging (without porn) routine with a death grip? i'm uncut btw.

    What's the point of doing reverse kegels while watching porn? Unless you're edging.

    Maintaining an erection while doing the "usual" kegels can be beneficial because you need more force to do it, add a towel, weights etc. And it's easier to observe how worn down your muscles get.

    Maintaining an erection while doing reverse kegels seem pointless to me. Even if you came up with a way to add needed force or weight to reverse kegel exercises. (A funny thing comes to my mind)

    Porn while edging, however would train you to last longer with higher levels of arousal and teach you some arousal control. That's assuming you get aroused by the porn you're viewing.

    It all depends on your goals really. Porn isn't bad for everything, despite the seemingly popular opinion here.

    I also recommend against the death grip, just read the stickies, and balance your pelvic floor with a kegels (regular and reverse) routine, then practice edging to familiarize yourself with your body's reactions to sexual arousal and stimulation so you are more able to control them and last as long as you wish without compromising sensitivity nor complicate things further with DE or ED (especially with porn use).

    Ye, the highly popular belief that porn is bad n the forum i think is a major reason why guys make huge progress in a short time solo, then get in bed with a girl and are at square 1, sometimes worse off. One of the thread titles is " adolescent brain meets highseed internet porn". Unless your still an adolescent start being in control over the porn you watch instead of the other way around.
