    Ok, my case on PE is not that extreme, ive been able to last more than 1 hour while having sex multiple times, on average i can endure enough to please very well my ladie, however i always smoke pot before having sex to get this stamina, at my age i feel i have to overcome this issue, as its an easy way out to depend on pot to be a stud.

    Ive read a lot, pegasus, king pole and many others, i have some type of knowledge now, i will detail my progress to help myself and others.

    I will start by saying that when i dont smoke or drink, i dont get the erections as a rock like when i do smoke, and i last around 10 - 15 min.. i always break down when i have to up the tempo and pound hard, especially if she asks me to do it, as it gets me more aroused. . I would like to have the ability to control and last at any rythm, and not have to always stay on the slow side to prolong my durability..

    Pot makes you last longer? It has the complete opposite effect on me. My doc actually reckons it was a factor in my pre e.

    Edging - ive edged many times, irregularly though. Always on porn, until last week, im going to quit porn for a month at least, and begin to realle get to know myself and improve that way.

    I edged today only on "happy thoughts". I was able to get an erection, have to kegel continuously to get hard, wich starts bringing me to PONR fast so i reverse kegek to to control that, i try to breathe constantly, try to relax all my muscles, but when i reverse kegel i have to tight my belly, i am able to edge while getting to PONR every 2 min on avg.. i edged for 20min today.

    Oh, when i get to ponr, i stop, and then kegel hard for 5/10sec.. i then start again and only RK to prolong ponr agaain.. sometimes i get soft while RK, so i kegel again to get hard and i start getting to ponr fast again..

    I wonder how can some veterans RK without tightening their bellys, when i inhale i push RK when i exale i let go and relax belly..

    It's hard to isolate the abs when doing the rk, i can isolate the rk and the rev root lock almost completely but the abs i'm still finding hard. Doing regular kegel while having sex/ edging brings you to ponr faster and can cause you to ejaculate.

    Yes, i know this, however i have to kegel to get my erection level up, if i dont a just stay soft, ive been relying on porn for more than 10years when i jerk off.. now i have to learn how to get hard fast without porn stimulation..

    Instead of kegelling to get an erection, maybe a kegel routine would start to restore yor eq, do you do any penis enlarging routines?

    I have little privacy where i live, so currently not doing any enlargement routine, but i will improve on my stamina..

    I kegel - quick kegels around 150..on sets betwen 20 / 30..

    Then do slowmo kegels , around 50 or a bit less.. sets of 10..

    Mu reverse kegel routine is just reverse kegeling for like 10 - 15min.. mostly 5 sec holds

    I do this almost everyday.. any advice?

    And yeah, pot definitely makes me and most people i know last longer, better eq too.. i would also come and not shrink, at least not fast..

    More rest definitely, do 2 days on day off or day on day off. I would say up the amount of rk's but if you have issues with eq probably keep it the same for now. Include stretches, yoga or basic stretches of the pelvic floor/ groin and deep squats.
    Manual jelqing is fairly handy to do ( can work in or around edging). I don't do it for enlarging just for the increase in eq which is better than ever was.

    Today i got a little more serious, started following minutemans pelvic floor kegel routine from scratch..

    Isolation is crucial in balancing the area, so i will follow his guidelines.. and read him a lot because he's awesome.

    I did 20 of each - 2 sec holds.
    Kegel / rev keg / rootlock / rev rootlock.

    Reverse root lock i find it easier to isolate while laying sideways with both legs tucked in 90 º.. as if im sitting on a chair but im laying down sideways..
