hello i just had a few questions about my pe my head is sensitive i believe it its the reason i pe what can i do to get used to the sensitivity balloon or edge?thank you.

Balance your pelvic floor and practice edging.

You may do so, until you feel you are close to the PONR, then either stop stimulation, slow it down or switch focus to the shaft until the urge subsides.
