I posted this on another thread but had to post here to hopefully get some feedback.
I finished my edging not long ago and came across something which leads me to think it could be a big factor in pelvic floor imbalance and pre e.
While i was edging i felt that area between balls and anus, and it was bulging. I don't often feel that part and i think last time i did was over a month ago. So i thougt the exercises i've been doing have caused it to bulge over time ( which probably true also). So i got a mirror and had a look ( felt like a weirdo) and as i upped the pace and ik's kicked in it was getting firmer. I slowed the pace right down and then stopped and slowly it receeded ( a little bit) and wasn't as firm or tight.
From seeing this i think a lot of people could have imbalanced pf, or just overly strong kegels because there getting a constant workout. I started thinking it could be more related to normal workouts than i thought.
If you constantly do short workouts lifting heavy weights you will build strength but no stamina, compared to the guy who does long workouts, more often more repetitions. You'll be able to lift more than him but you won't out last him and will hit the wall a lot sooner. So with sex or masturbation in your earlier years, guys who go a min or 2 and start involuntarily kegelling strong and hard and there done, Over time building a lot of strength. Guys who go 10-20 mins with much lighter involuntary kegels occuring more often over the course are building stamina.
With this and a life time of holding in farts, no.1 and no.2's but rarely actually pushing them outI think it might be a big factor.
