Guys with pre e know the fight night effect.
They can edge solo with no problem but add a moaning woman and things get difficult. Add to this that thrusting and the use of stomach glute and leg muscles during sex triggers a more powerfull kegel reinforced by the muscle action going on .
It strikes me ,that in delayed ejaculation the opposite may be going on . The girl starts moaning ,which has the opposite effect on a guy with de than a guy with pre e. A guy with de has probably been using strong muscle assisted kegels solo ,as well as a tight grip. The girl is less tight than his "deathgrip" and he is in a different position than when he edges solo and fails to get the same strong kegel action he is so used to. Result; difficulty with orgasm.

Makes sense to me. I feel like im doing a hard kegel fron the start to try to get to climax faster and it fatigues. Lately it seems like even my IK are not kicking in like they used to. I can almost feel at the ponr I peak and I almost have to voluntarily kegel and my orgasms have been pretty uneventful as well.

Yea Ive read. Solo I can go much quicker. Ive always used a tight grip so I know that has a lot to do with it as well. So Im prob desensitized with that and along with a tense PF it takes me a very long time and a lot of focus to get off. A few weeks ago I picked up a fleshlight and actually like the way it feels. It does seem a bit on the tight side so not sure if that could be a problem. Is there a thread that goes over the correct approach to use ine in order to help with DE?

Unfortunately not . Perhaps you could start one .
Delayed ejaculation has had little study .
I can tell you from my own experience that a lighter grip was part of the cure . However it was not as easy as one would think ans took some time.

Yea I can see that. Its almost a reflex to squeeze harder as youve become adapted to the pressure and anything less doesnt cut it. I will do some experimenting. How much do you feel an imbalanced PF really has an effect on DE? I feel like my PC muscle is constantly tense and im really flexing it during masturbation but from what I read having a more dominant PC muacle leads more to PE??

It is not a strength issue but a misuse .
In my case the strength and balance of the pelvic floor was ok, but anxiety caused it to misfire . In a sense the flip side of the coin to pre e . So instead of the pelvic floor fireing kegels too much and leading to pre e in DE it jams things up and stops orgasm .
In my case reverse fight night was particularly bad as I had great control solo.
