Hello PEGym, i decided to do as MM and LLN suggested and open a log. i would like to note that English isn't my first (or even second) language so forgive me in advance for any mistake i'll made along the way regarding my grammar or anything else related to English.
quick summary: im doing the JonPop90 Routine for about two month now. as part of the routine i noticed i could not last over 120 seconds while edging, so i decided to address this issue. with the help of MinuteMan, LongerLastingNoob and other amazing members of the Pre E forum, i understood that my problem is a tense Pelvic Floor muscles.
my current routine based on relaxing my pelvic floor every second of the day, penis stretching, yoga squats, deep squats and, of course, Edging. this goes along side with JP90 routine (without the kegels part). there is a long road ahead but i do believe im on the right track. last night edging i lasted 25 minutes without lube or fleshlight (and without ever reaching real PONR). only time i reached PONR was when i flexed my PL, but when i relaxed my PL without changing my edging pace - the PONR faded away, which was an interesting feeling.
i don't think i will post daily updates, but anytime i'll have a question of any sort i will post a quick update about my progress and ask my question.
i would like to thank you guys, especially MM and LLN, for all of your help.

so the last 5 days i've been edging and stretching. can reach 20+ minutes without lube and about 10+ minutes with lube until reaching PONR.
i have a quick question:
is that bad to edge once in a few days infront of porn?
i noticed i get 100% erection without kegeling when watching porn (something i cant do without kegeling when edging without porn).
so question is: edging with porn once or twice a week - necessarily a bad thing?

1 quick question that popped in my mind - following yours and LongerLastingNoob advice's. i've put focus on relaxing my pelvic floor during edging and keeping away from the PONR. within a week i was able to go from 1 minute of edging till reaching PONR to 10+ (i can go over 10, all i need to do is practice relaxing my pelvic floor, im not getting any IK's during edging). question is - is there any way to know if im even suffering from Pre E? obviously i have a tense pelvic floor, but does that mean i have pre E or is that just mean that maybe its my only problem? (which is kinda minor, right?) because, as i read in PEGym, there is a major difference between edging and actual intercourse. some people, as i read, may reach PONR during edging in a minute and last over 15 minutes during sex.
i should note im not gonna stop doing my routine because of that thought, its just something i wanted to know.

Until you have sex you won't know. But I reckon you should be ok from what you've said.

hello guys, i would like to update my progress and ask some stuff.
for the last week i focused on relaxing my pelvic floor. i should note i did not focused on yoga\deep squats because i didn't had the time. for the last 48 i edged 6 times. each time for 15-45 minutes. this "caused" me improved (?) PI's, my morning\night wood was so hard i woke up at least twice tonight because of it, every time i woke up (during the night, or morning) i have 100%-90% erection. plus, my flaccid penis was bigger during the entire day. i tend to believe its a positive PI?
i gained control over my pelvic floor (at least some control). and today i decided to test myself with fleshlight, lube and porn. the ultimate arousal i can get during edging. i was able to edge for 15 minutes until i ejaculated. i should note that i ejaculated only when i did an extremely hard position for me to control (thrusting the fleshlight while in my knees) if weren't for this difficult attempt i would've edge for 20 minutes. i should also note that i can now kegel during edging without reaching PONR. i mean i sometimes reach the PONR but then i relax my pelvic floor and the PONR fade, thats something i could not do in the past. i also do not get any IK's. and my pelvic floor usually relaxed (at least during "easier positions".)
anyway, compared to myself 15 days ago - i feel a huge difference. of course there's a lot to work on, and thats my next question - should \ can i start doing reverse kegels \ kegels? i did felt my PC muscles became weaker, a month ago i could ejaculate like 2 meters away, now its 1 meter away tops.
thank you for your help, i am especially waiting for MinutesMan and LongerLastingNoob comments, as they helped me the most this far and knows my story and situation the best.

Have you ejaculated during your six times of edging. When you have edge without ejaculation at the end of the session make sure you ejaculate at the end of the day unless you are doing something like a 3day rotuine etc (and even when doing that avoid doing it back to back).

Let at least one or two month pass before you add new things at this point, don't be premature in though about it, learn how to be a little bit more patient and don't change what works for you now. Why do you feel the need to do more when the thing you are doing now is actually working out for you, are you even aware how many people have the problem finding a good starting ground let alone something that actually works.
In other words, as long as the current plan works don't change it until you find that you are not progressing any more, then you can consider adding more. And as I have noted here you have to be patient and let your body catch up the the changes you have implemented and let it last a little more until it also gets reinforced as a good habit.
Because while you might start to add new and new things and find success in them if you have not have build good habits and matured in the way you look and think about premature ejaculation you will simply regress over time.
You will be surprised just how much you don't know while using only the things you use now so give it more time. More often than not people report that they have fixed their premature ejaculation problems by doing a bunch of things at the time and that the mix of it helped, and while this might be true most of them first started edging and continue to edge throughhout their testing and as that setteled in they started getting better and the new changes where been able to get applied faster and faster.
Just because you don't ejaculate much further doesn't mean that your pelvic floor muscles are weakening, it can also mean that your pelvic floor is not constantly tense, pelvic floor strength is very easy to build up to the point that many people overtrain the muscle by doing large amount of reps, doing them constantly and everywhere not even allowing the muscle to relax and repair itself, instead of increasing the quality of the exercises etc. If you think about it it doesn't make sense much that your muscle can weaken just because you learned to relax.
Finally and I must point out this not just for your benefit but for the benefit of others that are in your position. Changes are not success, they are simply changes for now, at the point where you can do them consistently for at least 2-3 months (depends on how chronic it is) can you actually say that you have success. This is because at this point you have (and that is good) a positive outlook and a confidence boost, but when that wanes over time can you actually see just how much you have progressed longterm.
Bottom line, learn to be patient, stick with what you have since it works until you reach a point you can progress (for example 2 weeks pass and you see no progress at all), try not to be premature in thought since it just reinforces your premature ejaculation behaivour (mindset, habbits etc.) try not to get everything now but learn to take it in the longer strides.
Of course you are not obliged to follow my suggestion and LLN might have a better idea, but that is how I see things right now.Last edited by Minuteman; 10-29-2014 at 11:29 AM.

i did ejaculate all of those time. i will try to hold it next time.
so am i not supposed to ever kegel or RK? because if thats the case - why does people recommend here doing kegels\RKs?
thank you, i will continue doing my original routine you guys gave me. but i have a minor question - is there any goal i should aim for? i mean edge for 40 minutes straight without reaching PONR? or something like that.

What mm means is edging/ having sex without using kegels, rk's or anything else, just going about it with a neutral pf the way it should be. That doesn't mean you can't do them in a routine or even sometimes in sex/ edging, to help in progression, but longterm your aim is to gain natural ability to last however long you want.
And I agree with everything he said, no point adding anything if whats working is working, I thought a month or two break would have been best, but you're doing good so just continue.
Theres no time someone can suggest to you, thats up to you, but really just aiming to last whatever is satisfactory for you should be your goal. If thats 40 mins, 1 hour or more then just go as long as you can, then try improve a little every week or two. But don't see time as the be all and end all. Otherwise you won't enjoy it.

thanks guys, 1 minor question - should i take 1\2 days off sometimes? or can i edge every day?
