Great forum and so many great threads. I've been reading them over the past 2 weeks but now come to the point where I need some clarification.

I understand that this is the muscle that lets you bop your penis. I'm trying to figure out how to work it. Presently, when I flex this muscle, I get my penis to move, but can't hold the stretch. My question is, is it just a matter of time where I'll be able to hold it? Should I just flex this for a number of days / weeks, and eventually I'll be able to control it?
Reverse Kegel
I want to be sure that rk's are actually just stretches of sort. I'm imagining the expanding feeling as pegasus and others have suggested. I can feel something expanding but don't know whether it's in my mind or whether it's actually happening. Is there a test for this?
I'll have questions on root lock and reverse root lock later on, as I want to get this sorted first.
