I just checked how long I would last if I didn't watch porn/erotic stories.

I masturbated for 30 minutes until I felt the need to cum.

If I watch porn I would only last around 50 seconds if I do it fast.

After those 50 seconds I take some break and would only last around 30 seconds the second time.


After doing this a few times I would only last around 10 seconds.


Anybody in similar situation,any tips?

The thing is, you said without the porn you last a very long time. In fact I would say you last longer than most people who masturbate. So I don't think you have a problem. Do you WANT to last longer while masturbating? If so, why?

lower his arousal level from porn and last longer in front of porn in order to translate that ability in the future to sex. thats what OP meant\wants.

Yes this,and of course lasting longer in a intercourse.

Considering I did not have sex yet, I would try to fix my porn masturbation problem so I won't get this problem while having intercourse.
