    Hi, i'm a new member but regular viewer of pegym.

    Ive seen many people who suffer from Erectile Dysfunction (Delayed Ejaculation) and most of them said that they used Death Grip in masturbation, Death Grip Desensitizes the penis which results as Delayed Ejaculation.

    so, what do you people say about it? anyone got Success from Death Grip in masturbation for beating Premature Ejaculation?
    or anyone got Success from Nofap in beating Premature Ejaculation?

    if yes then how long did it took?

    Yes. It has worked for me and many others, but it's only one small part of the cure. To get totally cured it takes 5-10 different things/steps.(exercises, attitude, quality of sexual partner, techniques, etc......)
    Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
    Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
    I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

      I never really had full blown PE. But not ejaculating or watching porn and staying relaxed helps. Usually I can go for 5 mins without having to DO or kegel hard. Now 20 mins is possible without that much effort, which is much better then DO. DO is good in an emergency when having sex, but it certainly isn't as pleasurable as riding the tiger . I think the whole link between Porn - Involuntary Kegel - Orgasm needs to get severed somewhere and all problems disappear. Not ejaculating or watching porn for a while gets rid of all the neural connections that wire you to blow as soon as possible.

      Death grip does nothing except get you used to the physical stimuli. But the problem is not about physical stimulation. It's a hormonal and neural problem. DE is very bad because you won't feel great during sex. It becomes boring and you'll feel like it's a chore to get any girl to come. How are you going to have 8 hour sessions if you are bored out of your mind the whole time?! It's probably worse then ejaculating after 5 min because I assume you can get it up later and last longer then.

      20 Nov 2012: 7.0" BPEL/4.84" MSEG

        well.. in my case there are 2 reasons for my PE.
        1= extra sensitivity,
        2= mind.
        while masturbating if i think about porn then i get ejaculation in 1 minute but if i don't think about porn then i don't get ejaculation quickly, it takes much longer,
        and i get ejaculation in around 20 seconds while having sex with a partner,
        and i can't divert my mind to something else while having sex.
        masturbation and sex are 2 different things, in masturbation everything is in your control and you can easily divert your mind to something else. but in sex its very difficult divert your mind.
        and my most sensitive part of penis is frenulum.

        Now, for desensitizing ive found death grip as solution,
        if you people know any other natural solution for desensitizing then please tell me.

        and please tell me that what should i do for mind, how to learn the distracting technique.

        BTW, ive heard that breathing technique is also useful, how to do it? whats the procedure?

        and some people say that Binaural Beats are also good for PE, what do you people think?

          The deathgrip is for people who have already made progress in lasting longer. If you apply deathgrip now when you already reach ponr or ejaculate quickly then the deathgrip will be too much and you'll end up going backwards.
          If you were training for a marathon for the first time you wouldn't attempt a 10 mile run.
          What you need to do is start edging ( if you aren't already). The idea to keep stimulation going for longer however minimal. You need to get used to lasting longer first, then as weeks/months progress introduce.a tighter grip, different positions, thrusting etc.
          Deathgrip would be something to consider way down the line unless you make progress quickly which hopefully you do.
          Look into the threads on edging, pelvic floor balance, and arousal techniques.
          Start a log if you're committed and want to know anything/ give any details.

            I know for a fact that my shaft is way too sensitive...is deathgrip way to go?? Cant see much improvements with rk only routine

              1. My shaft was also very sensitive. Time and again, I have noted that B vitamins reduce it significantly in my case.
              2. Get some good oil like castor oil and start jelqing. Rub the castor oil on sensitive spots. Castor oil penetrates deep into the skin and remove inflammation of the nerves.

                1. I have found that tightening the diaphragm/lower part of your stomach and pushing it on the pelvic floor with a very hard push works best even during sex. Just breath in, tighten the diaphragm and strike it hard on the pelvic floor like a hammer. I can do it quickly after each thrust in during sex and it works. You need to practice it and it should keep you within the zone. I know it is hard to do initially and it seems awkward but it is worth doing it.

                2. Another thing I have found is that just pull you stomach inward as hard as you can and hold it. This somehow affects the muscles around penis and I can feel some muscles moving in the pelvic floor. I have tried this and it works to lower the arousal. (Actually I have taken this technique from a yoga for sex video).

                My problem is also more mental. When you are highly aroused, you loose control over the muscles and these tense up unconsciously. Above two techniques give me a good control no matter how mentally I am aroused. If I don't apply these techniques, I still reach PONR within a minute during sex.

                And remember, don't panic! If you reach PONR within few seconds, just pull out, wait for few seconds, put some good low viscosity lubrication on the penis, do some hard pushes to the pelvic floor and try penetration again.

                            some say that deathgrip may irreversibly desentisize your glans which

                            a) improves premature ejacualtion
                            b) gives you less pleasure in sex

                            would you trade sensitivity and have less enjoyment of sex but longer sex sessions ?

                              Hell yeah id give up sensitivity to fuck longer. maybe if you can't stay hard then yeah it would suck. I fuck for her enjoyment. Honestly, eating out turns me. Sex is great but not when it ends faster than you want every time. Im really hoping for improvement following routines given here, but i would quickly jackoff with sandpaper if that would fix my issues.
