I just finished an edging session and noticed something. Most of what we focus on to diagnose or treat pre-e (atleast from what I've read) deals with the events leading up to ejaculation. But what about muscle contractions during ejaculation?
Tension is the cause of my pre-e or atleast one of the main contributors and during ejaculation, my muscle contractions are very rapid and uncontrolled. However, lately, and anytime I have a good edging session or feel more in control, the muscle contractions are deeper, more evenly spaced, and I can actually "kegel" to increase their intensity mid-ejaculation.
Consider this rudimentary diagram:

Scenario A is the more relaxed, controlled form of ejaculation (and more enjoyable imo) while scenario B is the rapid, uncontrolled ejaculation when I haven't exercised recently or ejaculated in a long time. The muscle contractions are very rapid and often begin even before ejaculation (and can push you over the edge).
Anyway, the purpose of this post is to see what you guys think. What are your typical muscle contraction patterns for both those suffering from Pre-E and those who have recovered? Did it change after you mastered control? If this is somehow related to tension, it might be helpful diagnostically. It may even be possible to focus on controlling the muscle contractions during ejaculation instead of going over PONR and riding it out (although maybe not as enjoyable =p).
