    Hello , sorry for making this thread, i'm pretty lost at the moment
    I've been doing PE for 2 weeks, and so far it's great, better erections, increased girth, flaccid is longer etc ...
    However, i'm noticed that after jelqing, i could make myself ejaculating in 10 sec ...
    Considering that this week i wasn't able to pe due to my schedule, i decided to test my ability to last while masturbating.It's roughly 10 minutes while focusing on the gland at a pretty fast pace, but sometimes It can last way shorter. I'm convinced that my pelvic muscle is too tense because of bad masturbation habits, because sometimes i have some contractions (which i can avoid by doing RK, and which don't make my ejaculate).

    Is a rk/kegel routine useful for "fixing" that ? Is it normal that without porn I have a difficult time to have a rock hard erection ? (I banned porn 1 week ago )
    Is edging 2 times a week + a rk routine useful to last longer ? Will it hurt my gains with Jp 90's ? Shold I focuse on less sensitive areas of my penis while edging ?

    Welcome Hopica, and don't feel sorry about asking questions. The best way to get answers is to ask questions. PE can definitely make you more sensitive, but it is important to stick with a routine for longer than two weeks in order to condition your penis. Slow down and enjoy the new program that you are doing. Continue doing your exercises and read the threads related to your questions. Then you can prepare for another program. Before starting a kegel/reverse kegel routine read through other members threads and ask questions about thier experiences. This will help you determine the best program to follow. Desensitization from too much porn is one of the reasons to quit watching porn. Your body will adjust over time. When you continue in positive directions, and work toward your goals don't get impatient and try hurrying the process. It sounds like you are having up and down experiences with you ejaculations. So I recommend you start a log so you can track progress and see in detail what works and what doesn’t. Enjoy your journey.

      Ok, so i'll probably stick with jp 90's until I finish it, and while doing this, edging 2 times a week after a pe session
      Is it true that edging can also be beneficial for gains ?

            Personally I would advise against that kind of routine at the beginning. I would concentrate on the JP90 program, and read up on the k/rk thread, and then after the conditioning of JP90 you will be ready to add some of those other excersizes into your routine. Little steps with trackable changes allow you to determine what is working. If you do too much or try too many things all at once you don't know what is helping and what is hurting.

              Keep edging, I don't think it has to be limited to 2 times a week. On seperate days to your jp90 do 30-50 slow rk's, twice a day. Be very relaxed and breath slowly, on every inhale push out rk for a count of 5, on every exhale release for count of 5. Repeat.

                Ok, so after finishing my last masturbation session i'm ready to do JP 90 from scratch
                So what i've noticed so far :

                . I succeeded in eliminating every involutary kegel, now what bothers me is that i feel my gland is too sensitive.
                When i tighten my grip, i feel like i could ejaculate very quickly, so i'll be working on it with ballooning/edging.

                I'm going to see what "death grip" consists in too

                  Hi,
                  So i've done my first edging session after jp90 :
                  - I confirm that I've eliminated every kegel contraction while masturbating
                  - I can last as long as i want while focusing on the shaft of the penis
                  - The "problem" is my glans, it is too sensitive When i "Balloon"on the top of it,it's not painful but almost

                  I have few questions :
                  Is ballooning + edging useful for this case?
                  Should I ejaculate after an edging session ?
                  Should I be at a max level of erection while edging ?

                    To answer your questions:

                    1. Yes, the glans are where most of us experience RKs, not the shaft. Edging & ballooning should get you more used to this feeling.

                    2. Up to you, most do every 2 or 3 sessions just to build up some discipline over your desire to cum.

                    3. It's more about controlling your arousal versus your erection but as long as you build them up slowly and maintain control you should be fine.

                        Balloon and edge. If you do say ( just an example ) 25 mins of edging at least 15 of those should be ballooning. Can go back and forth.
                        Do a 3 day or even 2 day, it will be better.
                        Once you get full erection you should maintain it throughout.

                            3 day edging. You edge for 3 consecutive days and only ejaculate on the third. So you could do one 20 min session a day or two 10min for example.
