Of course weighted squats will cause a kegel effect for core stability.

Pegasus, would you say a reverse kegel is more like forcing out urine or letting in naturally come out. I ask as when I reverse kegel in my jelqing session, I do it at anywhere from 70-90% erection level. I do it as in 'forcing out urine'. This seems to stop blood coming back out of the penis and the girth of whole penis and veins increase dramatically after a 10 second hold. I then 'front' kegel to push even more blood in then do a ULI.
