Thanks for bringing this topic up.
I've put a lot of effort on relaxing my PF in the last almost 1 year. As back in the time before I start working on fixing my PreE I did some kegels which worsened my PreE back than and since this moment I was afraid of doing any kegels anymore.
Now since starting my routine which consists of basically stretching with RK I noticed lately I started having problems with the erection like not able to keep a strong erection for longer, ejaculation before I am hard enough etc. All this makes me think I need to introduce kegels to balance my PF.
One more evidence that I have weakened my PF I think is that recently I read the thread about the IC muscle so I decided to try locate mine and see how strong it is. The result was that even after trying some kegels to target the IC, which I doubt I did I would say it was more the BC I wad flexing, on the next day I felt the BC so sore and tired, I had this tiggling sensation the whole day.
So now I am thinking of working to strengthen the muscles and work something like 60/40 k/rk.
What do you guys think about this?

Thanks, something I could not find onsite, what would be a recommended way of combining a k/rk session. I mean is it ok to start with rk and switch to k, or vice versa in one session. Having in mind the RK by nature is a stretch I would say I start with it but I want to know the opinion of the more advanced members.

Yes you can move directly from kegel to rk and visa verca . So the % of kegal to rk can be varied depending on goals . As can other methodology.
