Excuse for me not being a native like you guys. I must say great effort and nice topic of you BDC.
Several questions i wondered:
1. Do u have to ejac everytime u edging or to save it?
2. i'm from asia so i still dont know what is the dry death grip? is it a hard masturbate?
3. B4 this do u experience ED? Will these excercises improve ED?

I would ejaculate maybe every other day or every two days. I started getting better stamina that way than saving it for multiple days. I noticed if I were to go 4 or more days longer without ejaculating then I would get very excited and have a deep urge to ejaculate early. Death grip masturbation is pretty much masturbating with a very tight grip but not a painful grip. I didn't experience ED but I will admit my erections were not as strong (7.5/10 eq) but that came from poor diet bro. Once I started doing more cardio and cleaned my diet up and started eating more veggies and not as much saturated fat, my eq improved. This week my eq has been 9/10 this week since I have been clamping. I used to clamp very tight which gave me poor expansion but I started using a clamping technique from Kingsnake thread "Back With A Vengeance" where he wrap enough at the base to the point that he only has to click his clamp 1-3 times. I do like 3 sets of 10 minute clamping and a few jelqs and bundled stretches and my dick has been like a steel pipe all week which has never happened for me before. My erection angle always someone pointed down like 8:00 but I hit 10:00 yesterday.

Ok guys I have gotten quite a few PM's with guys stating that they are lasting a little bit longer but are having problems maintaining that relaxed mind and body for long periods of time. I decided to do a 20 minute edging session to come up with a new couple techniques to help and that 20 min session turned into a 1 hour 15 min session with almost reaching PONR twice, once at the 17 minute mark and the other one at the 43 minute mark. I used a lot of lube and some of the best porn scenes I could find that would overly excite me. I did find a technique that will definitely help you guys out. Main goal is to keep pelvic floor relaxed during edging, masturbation, sex, etc. However when you start feeling like you are losing that relaxed state and arousal is rising, take a 10 sec inhale while holding a reverse kegel. Then hold breath for 10 sec and while relaxing pelvic floor and then exhale for 10 sec while holding another reverse kegel. Then hold your breath for 5 sec while relaxing pelvic floor muscle. After this just keep your pelvic floor relaxed and return to regular breathing. Doing this I noticed a very damn relaxed feeling come over my body afterwards and my breathing stayed very slow and controlled automatically for a long time. Don't stop edging while doing this. Just slow down.

Not being able to control our parasympathetic nervous are one of the main issues when dealing with premature ejaculation. If our mind gets too excited and we can't control that excitement, then we will skeet skeet skeet uncontrollably everytime. This breathing technique will help you keep yourself calm and relaxed. I advise you to practice this technique even without edging. One thing I noticed was that after awhile I didn't need to do it. If I felt like my excitement even climbed up just a little bit, I would hold my breath for a 5 sec pause and exhale slowly and boom I would be back very relaxed again. Try this out guys and post if it worked for you or not. I'm confident that it will.

Hi guys just a little question when you hold your long light rk how do you do ? Are your abs, breathing etc still a bit tense or not ? An by light you mean very subtle or still a noticeable rk
