This will be long but worth it. Hey guys, I am going to tell you how to go from a 1 minute man to a "coming whenever you feel like" man in a matter of 2 weeks. I guarantee results because it has worked for me and two other guys I met on a different forum. For the past 6 months, I have been dealing with severe premature ejaculation (dealt with premature ejaculation for most of my young life). I would cum in 5 minutes. Sometimes 2-3 minutes. It was very embarrassing and I ended up refraining from sex. So a month ago I had some Nyquil before I had sex and I ended up lasting for over an hour and had to kegel very very hard for a long time in order to cum. -Meditation. Learning to clear my mind and relax my body and erase negative thoughts
Chemically
-Decrease dopamine levels and increase serotonin by stop watching porn completely and drinking green tea and different herbal tea and taking herbal supplements such as ginseng, maca powder, and 100% cacao powder
This is the routine. Everyday practice holding a light reverse kegel. Hold it as long as you can. Each day increase your time. The ultimate goal is for 20 minutes. After holding reverse kegel, dry death grip masturbation with NO PORN. Porn increases dopamine levels severly which increases our arousal and anxiety way too much. Use your imagination instead. DON'T focus on lasting long. Instead focus on her pleasure in your imagination. Talk dirty with confidence. Really get into it because this is important. Make love or fuck her the way you dream about doing. Do not hold reverse kegel while edging. Just let the pc/bc muscles relax. IGNORE any flexes (DO NOT PANIC) in your penis or pc/bc muscle as you edge. Not panicing will keep your anxiety down which will keep arousal level calm and stable. If you start to feel the tingling sensation of the PONR then slow down (don't stop if necessary) and hold a light reverse kegel and increase the intensity of the reverse kegel until you feel your arousal drop down to the calm level and PONR feeling is gone and repeat this reverse kegel two more times. Everyday edge longer than day before. Goal is to be able to dry edge for an hour without having to stop. Add lube once you feel comfortable. You will be suprised that the lube will not affect you at all. I was suprised. As far as meditation, meditate whenever you have the time. I would listen to meditation audio with my headphones in laying in bed. I started this routine a few weeks ago and when I had sex a couple weeks after starting, I did not get nervous or have performance anxiety to my suprise. I had confidence before I started (as a result from being able to edge without feeling PONR for an hour on repeated basis) and I fucked her like I was Lex Steele. Ever since then I been having sex with great confidence and lasting as long as I want to. Sometimes too long lol. This is pretty much what I have said for people to do and have done and what has cured me so I can vouch for this.

Thanks for sharing, death grip edging for some is to much though so building your way up is better. But more proof it can be beaten.

@getinbig yes I tried the nyquil again like a couple days after I had my experience with it and i still had a hard time cumming. I always used nyquil as a sleeping aid since i was a child since i always had trouble sleeping at night. I never had sex while on it until a month and a half ago. I read that the dextrometgorphan in it is what can make it hard to orgasm. I dont use it for sex now tho since i can last long as i want with no problems.

Remember that death grip made men last longer when they did it dry and with fast and hard stroking against the skin, not WITH it(foreskin).

Yes I agree because I always edged with a loose grip and didn't truly realize it until I was reading your postings about a couple months ago. Death grip and reverse kegels really helped me the most. My penis is not as sensitive anymore which really makes involuntary kegels non existent.
