What can i do about my case of premature ejaculation?

so i found out that my involuntary kegels boost premature ejaculation, but the thing is, i've had involuntary kegels as long as i can remember. i tried to get an erection without them (relaxing as much as i can) and i did get hard but couldn't get past a 80% erection.
what can i do about this?
i heard that kegeling would Worsen the premature ejacculation

You need to balance your pelvic floor, regular and reverse kegels are good together, favor reverse kegels until you balance out your pelvic floor.

Sorry OP I am confused in your other thread you stated you Dont have these issues. I may have responded improperly. MrB8 gave some good threads. Is this what you are looking for with both threads?

Work on getting an erection ( fully ) without kegels and porn if you are watching it. Edge as much as you can for the next 2 or 3 weeks, focus on getting 100% and edging for 10, 15, 20mins whatever you want, after that you will see improvements.
