I’ve made some decent improvements - basically previously was <2 mins but now consistently on avg 5 mins but still not totally happy with control. I’ve noticed that I seem to have nocturia mainly issues with not feeling that my bladder empties fully. Most nights (and this has been happening for over a year or more I’d say) I would have to go to toilet 3 times before I can sleep. The other day I decided to ring the doctor and she wants me to visit a urologist to ensure things are ok. As some of you know I’ve struggled with low back/SI joint/ tailbone pain for a few years. I’ve worked on mobility / strength but still haven’t rid my body as of yet of the restrictions. Awaiting scan on whole hip area too. I think this article resonates strongly with me. I think I must have a hypertonic pelvic floor . I’ll await consultant appointments/ scans etc to see what my next step is. Ultimately my intention is to get this body to a place where I don’t have daily limitations. The hope then is that Pre-e will not be a concern and I will learn better control.
Thanks
