      Routine completed but edging failed. Ejacujation after a few minutes. I had a break from edging, to goal is to much for me right now - with full erection and arusal PONR - at this moment I cant even touch my penis - a little touch causes immediately ejacujation. When I was edging before, i was able to last longer but now i'm in a bad shape.

        At least 2 days rest weekly, from exercises. Edging is up to you but everyday isn't good

          Edging today in the morning 20min but with ejacujation at the end. Far smaller pressure than the last time edging but still really hard.

          TOMORROW GOAL EDGING:
          30 min (main goal: NO ejacujation. Strategy: deep breath+pushing the belly and move my body when i feel the high arousal level)

            Edging... hmm... I felt a little more confident and I wanted to edge with really tight grip and move my body (like stand up, walking) but... it was too much for me and i had ejaculation after a few minutes..
            TOMORROW GOAL: 30 min (ONLY NO ejaculation, soft if needed!!).

              Today Edging Goal achieved Precisely 30 minutes edging (I used a stopwatch, which allowed me to control the course and also calmed me/distract me from too much excitement). The whole session I was lying on the bed, in moments of high arousal I started doing sit-up, sometimes several. I could do a lot more harder (I used a standard grip) and think more obscenely, but today my main goal is to unlearn ejaculation at the end at any price. The whole time I was on the verge of ejaculation, I knew that if I would suddenly accelerated the grip then in a few seconds i would finish.

              30 min (main goal: NO ejaculation, more harder)

                I had a sex dream tonight but my alarm clock rang just before finish. Usually in such a dreams I end in wet pants. I think its also really important to work this subject from the subconsciousness level.

                  Your the third peson to bring this up, I definitely think it's something to look for.

                    So i took the rest day.
                    About edging alone - i couldnt do it because i was busy but... my friend from the est europe visted me and she is a catholic girl so we didnt have sex. This situation was perfect for me because she can not allow to penetrate, but we could do everything else - so it was a kind of edging. We was rubbing against each other, kissed and simulated the sex with our underwear. We did that for a few hours in the bed at night. Usually I set in the position in which the penis touched her vagina and I already felt a very high arouse but we just lay like this (not moving) for a few minutes until I got used to it and then i started doing rubbing or doing more exciting things for me (then stopped and then again). From the point of view of a normal guy is a little pathetic, especially that at the end I could not resist and I had an ejaculation in pants (as usual), but it was an achievement for me and I feel stronger - certainly it was better than edging alone.

                    Today I need to do my exercise and continue the work (still a lot to do as you can see).

                      Yesterday i didnt make my exercises. So 2 days rest. Today i need to do!
                      About edging. This is the first time alone after this experience with a girl from Est. I can see that it was significant. Every experience with a girl, however, has a major impact on the mindset and body. Sex became more real for me and therefor the "anxiety" is lower and the body is more loose. (hmmm. I need to look more about meditation and hypnotic visualization - i think it can be useful with my mindset). Edging today was less stressful but was not successful eventually. The whole session took 15 minutes (10 minutes after I had a full erection = PONR). I noticed that this 5 minutes with full of excitement is more easier for me then usual. I've done a lot of breaks, but kept my hand on a penis (usually i coudnt resist from ejaculation with even a touch). My grip was definitely stronger than usual and the whole session was more demanding. Of course, ended in with a fiasco, but I saw iprovment. At the end I felt that ejaculation occurs so I started doing sit-ups but I had a half-ejaculation, it was a strange feeling, because I did not know whether I come or not, because all the excitement go away and the erection was weaker, so i clenched my kegel and I started very fast movements and I had another final ejaculation. Heh. I mean, I do not know yet well your body...

                            15.03.2015 Exercises done. Edging: again 15 min, like always after 10 min full erection, BIG arousal, PONR - and i could last like this 5 min. But i noticed that IK are not so strong as before, it wasnt so hard as usual so i wanted to go harder... and then i just had ejaculation again...

                            TODAY GOAL EDGING:
                            30 min, no ejaculation, not so hard but not soft

                              16.03.2015 Exercises completed. Edging: 25 min, again end with a ejaculation but saw some improvments. After I hit PONR and full arousal I could continue for a while with a pain, problems and full of IK, but all the IK wasnt so hard. Usually with this level of arousal after even 1 IK I ejaculated, but this time I felt IK but they where not so strong and there i had a liitle drop of simen but still not "the end". Of course It wasnt perfect but Its a start.

                              TODAY:
                              I will do my exercises (Its a 4 day, but I have 3days REST, so this day is extra due to this)
                              EDGING: 30 min, main goal: NO ejaculation
