Greetings. I have had a porn addiction for many years. I won't go into details about all the bad stuff that it caused but one of them was severe ED. With my girl, that is. I was shocked to see that I got hard to porn easily but never when I was with her. Anyway, I have since rebooted for almost 9 months so the problem in my brain is fixed.
My current problem is pelvic floor imbalance. It seems that during all these years of fapping to porn I did countless kegels without really knowing about them. While rebooting I came upon sites about kegels and I thought that they would be a good idea, you know, to have a good erection for sex after I would have rebooted.
The thing is that it seems that they made things worse. My eq quality has not been consistent and I have had my erection drop even seconds after insertion. I get hard easily but I don't always stay hard. I also have severe PE.
2-3 minutes is my record, I think. Most of the times I come during the first minute or even right after insertion.
It has been a dew days since I read about reverse kegels and I have been doing them (following Minuteman's guide). I am not entirely sure if I am doing them correctly but today I feel like I have flipped a switch or something. Blood seems to flow a lot more in my penis.
My question is, what now? Should I only do reverse kegels for a while and how long? Should I also do a few regular kegels? I know that in the long run one must do both but what should I do to deal with my situation?
Also, does anyone have a rough estimate on when I should be more or less cured?
Should I abstain for a period of time and how long?
