    Greetings. I have had a porn addiction for many years. I won't go into details about all the bad stuff that it caused but one of them was severe ED. With my girl, that is. I was shocked to see that I got hard to porn easily but never when I was with her. Anyway, I have since rebooted for almost 9 months so the problem in my brain is fixed.
    My current problem is pelvic floor imbalance. It seems that during all these years of fapping to porn I did countless kegels without really knowing about them. While rebooting I came upon sites about kegels and I thought that they would be a good idea, you know, to have a good erection for sex after I would have rebooted.
    The thing is that it seems that they made things worse. My eq quality has not been consistent and I have had my erection drop even seconds after insertion. I get hard easily but I don't always stay hard. I also have severe PE.
    2-3 minutes is my record, I think. Most of the times I come during the first minute or even right after insertion.
    It has been a dew days since I read about reverse kegels and I have been doing them (following Minuteman's guide). I am not entirely sure if I am doing them correctly but today I feel like I have flipped a switch or something. Blood seems to flow a lot more in my penis.
    My question is, what now? Should I only do reverse kegels for a while and how long? Should I also do a few regular kegels? I know that in the long run one must do both but what should I do to deal with my situation?
    Also, does anyone have a rough estimate on when I should be more or less cured?
    Should I abstain for a period of time and how long?
    p.s. Keep in mind that I have certainly overtrained my pc muscle. Even when I first started doing them I could do 1 minute holds so I must have done countless during my fapping years.

    You should do a reverse only routine, stick to what you've been doing on mm's guide, and also*squats and stretches for your pelvic floor.
    Start edging, look at the edging for premature ejaculation thread in the stickies at the top of the prem e forum ( posted by passionate wife ).
    Edging is the number one priority to curing pre e. Can't give you a time when you will beat it but stick to the above, to this forum, and you will beat it.

        A while, at least 4 weeks, maybe 2 months, similar situation to mine when I first joined, I did over 2 months rk only, needed to balance.

          Today was the first time in a very long time that I had no morning wood and when I did get an erection it was weak. Should I take a break from rev. Kegels or should I do them daily?

              So what do you suggest? Daily training or every other day? Minuteman mentions reps but I didn't see anything about how often.

                One day on one off, or two on one off. 2-4 days rest preferably.

                    I had sex with my girl yesterday. I noticed a significant increase in duration but my erection was not at 100%.could this be because I have been doing only reverse kegels or should I just take a break from exercises? I admit I am a little afraid to start normal kegels so soon.

                      My erection was becoming weak so I decided to start doing kegels as well (Minuteman's routine). It says that you should train daily (doing the 0.1 sublevel) but I just seem to tire easily. A few days of training and my EQ goes downhill. Why do I tire so easily from such a simple routine? I have also started edging and have noticed great benefits (when my muscles are not too tired). How often should I edge?
                      Edit: Is it ok if I kum rarely (from edging)? I would rather have a higher libido than waste my ''mojo'' on every third or so edging session.

                        Listen bro im not the expert and for now im only doing RK routine and im waiting for some results but from what ive read if doing only RK affect badly on your EQ you can add some kegels to your routine, lets say something like 70/30% RK/K . good luck.

                          Edging is an awesome exercise, I think three times a week will suffice, you should monitor your bodies responses to edging over time, if you find that you can edge more than three times a week and your EQ improves then continue, if it gets worse reduce your sessions.

                          I hardly bother with kegels, I do a few now and then, do them cautiously to begin, keep them light and when you edge try not to tense your pelvic floor, deep slow breathing will help you stay relaxed.

                            The thing is, even though I have just started, I seem to have gained control over IKs already. It's just that I can't seem to find just how much I should train. I can see huge improvement when I am ok but I lose my ability to get 100% erect quite often due to the exercises.

                              Keep a log in the progress forum, it will help you keep track of how much is too much, but around three times a week should be sufficient for most.
