    Hard to know . You should certainly cut down at least . Try to notice how much kegel involvement you get with ab work.

    A little question
    The hindi squats how to do them? I mean for how long?
    How many sets would be good? And well overall how long.. like how long do I stay in the position.
    For example I hold 10seconds in the squat and then rest a bit and repeat and maybe like 10 times?

    Most westerners are not capable of prolonged holds and some are incapable of reaching the position at all. So 10 sec is ok to start and then build up time in bottom position. In asia people have conversations and drink tea in this position.

    You can also do the squat next to a wall or a gym ball, and rest part of ur back on it, but dont bend you back too much.

    Started doing the Hindi squats and I'm just wondered Would it reduce the effectiveness of the squat by doing them on a trampoline.
    Also I do a small bounce,while in the Hindi position,holding a rk for a few minutes
    I'm also bouncing on one leg while holding a rk and do a lot of bouncing on both leg holding rks

    Just started yesterday

    They seem much easier to do when on trampoline that's why I'm wondering that maybe they are not as effective ????

    Its been a good 2.5 months since I have gotten into weight lifting at a more serious effort. 4-5x a week. I've been setting tuesday as my leg day..and let me tell you..I've seen a bit of improvement in how long I can last...and also my EQ quality is freaking crazy. Rock hard and when I nut..I nut hard....gonna keep at this. I do lots of squats and leg presses..each rep I try to push out like a reversal kegal..

    Has anyone tried getting to the PONR while doing a Hindi squat? Just curious if you can control the ejaculation and/or if it feels different too.
