    When I hold it and stroke or thrust, I feel way less stimulation. I have tried it during last 3 edging sessions and it seems a good control point.

    Sameel can you please elaborate more on what you said about the tailbone squeeze? You mean you squeeze your glutes and hold the squeeze when you stroke or thrust?

    Wow this gives me hope. I was starting to consider SSRI’s out of sheer desperation and a lack of success with edging, STU, and supplements. Basically zero success over all these years. (Alcohol has been the only thing I can depend on to work most of the time. How terrible.) But THIS makes sense because my legs have always been my weak point, even though I’m a mountain bike athlete. I think we underestimate how much sitting atrophies our legs. I have been much more sedentary this past month because of injuries and I noticed my PE even worse than normal. Had a girl over the other night and I almost nutter in my pants. Just awful. Anyways, I’ve been going to the gym for years, but always skipping leg day. Never again. Thanks!! I’m always hopefully when it’s a missing puzzle piece of whole-body health that I haven’t tried.

    To anyone interested on why squats help with curing Pre E, here is my example.
    Like many, working a desk job has rendered my legs useless. Never did anything to solicit them. Just walk and go up the stairs all day long.
    With each step, my PF would get tense. Was struggling with this for over 2 months asking why is my PF still being locked when I simply walk, even with all the stretching I am doing.
    Then one day I randomly came upon a post by sameel, mentioning lower abs, squats and glute bridges.
    Focusing on squats like the OP, it made a lot of sens, as the day I started squating and my legs activated, my PF no longer had to support my body and it immediately backed away, letting my legs do their job. Of course this was a thing that lates 3-4 hours until the tension from the workout went away, but it showed just how important this is.
    Pass a couple weeks and now the only time my PF gets activated is when I'm lifting something heavy, the way it should. I no longer have to hindi squat 10 times a day, one every day is a lot more than I even need. As my lower abs got stronger, just by breathing and exhaling slowly made me do an RK naturally.
    I still get my PF tense during edging, but I assume it's a work in progress and at least now I don't have to worry about other things to get it tense up.

    So yeah that;s my 2 cents, sorry I couldn't put it in 3 lines.

    L.E. I'm talking about normal squats, not hindi, the ones you use to workout your legs. I do bodyweight and sometimes with weights, just dumbbells in each hand.

    Another interesting and related thing I’ve noticed is that when I’m laying down on my back, I nut way quicker than when I’m on my feet/knees/any position where I’m holding my ass off the ground. When I’m laying down on my back, full blown pre-e, when im in the shower standing, I feel like I have almost completely normal control. Any1 else? I never let girls get on top because after a few seconds there it’s all over. Super fucking annoying for me and them haha. Cannot wait for this shit to be over.

    Are you adding tension by keeping your legs close together or curving your lower back?

    when my girl gets on top i spread my legs out a little further to release any tension my legs could add as well as making sure your pelvis is flat and isn't turned downwards or upwards (APT or PPT) This can create tension on the PF as well.

    I can only last longer with holding light RK while standing next to bed. I won’t do long strokes, but go deep and just small strokes while deep (I feel when I have long thrusts my freneleum gets squeezed while coming in And out and makes me cum). I noticed when I edge and pull little skin up my penis, I have better control (when skin is all the way down and touching freneleum causes Iks and cum faster).
