    For 90 days, as suggested to me by minuteman (here), I will avoid porn and observing me.
    So to stay motivated i will write here every day and i will post my observation.
    Feel free to comment.

    DAY ONE:
    Nothing. All quiet. This afternoon an erotic publicity (dating site) is open while i was surfing the net but i have immediatly closed it.
    I think that this not count.

          Sorry, I was in holiday in Spain and I have not had the time to write on the forum.
          Well, the seventh day I have masturbed cause the extreme arousal. It helps me to bring my arousal down

            I have noticed a little thing. When I have random erection I kegel without do anything. Any explanation?

              Involuntary kegels can come from poor masturbation habits, and a tight pelvic floor. Check out kegels, reverse kegels, deep flat footed squats and other information on balancing the pelvic floor. Try edging instead of masturbation. While edging you can work on practicing control over your kegels, and ejaculation control.

                Minuteman have suggested me to take a break from masturbation and kegel... so... after 90 days i will start a kegel routine... meanwhile i am just avoiding PMO...

                  DAYS TEN AND ELEVEN:
                  Yesterday was all normal but this morning i had a very hard morning wood. I fell little aroused and, this is strange, i can control my desire of porn much better than before.

                    DAYS TWELVE ANF THIRTEEN:
                    Yesterday I had a very soft erotic dream. And i can say that my morning wood are definitely returned. I am very happy... This is a good progress for only 13 days. Sometimes it is hard to resist but I will be strong. By now I have put the soul to rest. I will never see porn again and for another 84 days i cannot fap. I must resist only one another day... and so tomorrow... until I will have reached my goal...

                        DAY SIXTEEN:
                        Yesterday I was very aroused, for my fortune I am very busy and I have not the time to do some action that I would have regretted. Today I have a beautiful day and my arousal is not too hight. 2 weeks have passed. I am very confident that I can reach my goal.

                          By the way if you start to have wet dreams, then take a note the length of time between two wet dreams and that should be when you should mastubate. For example say that you have had a wet dream today and you have another one in a week, that means that you should masturbate once a week. If you have then every second week then you should masturbate once every two weeks.

                          Try to avoid masturbation if you can, but if you notice that it is consuming to much of your attention it might be a good idea to mastubate, but keep it once a week anyways. This is just in case you have the urge, from what I see now you seem to be handling it good and only 16 days have passed.

                            Today I watched for a Fleshlight STU, it makes me very aroused but i have the control. I think that after some edging session would be good to help me with my sensitive frenulum and for add a little difficulty.
                            I am a little overweight (8 lb), so I am going out to exercise me. I will do: push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, dips and flat foot squats 3 days a week and the other days I will go out for run and do stretching. This might be useful for my situation (pre-e and co).

                              It depends on a lot of things, but yes you might not have them, however if you are socially active and are around and talk to people that sexually interest you have more chance of wet dreams based on arousal alone. Exercising is always a good idea, since it will diminish sexual tension in your body while still making it stronger, it will also take your mind of all this.
