This thread should be of interests for guys who are looking to work on their EQ with less risks of overtraining the pelvic floor. Generally speaking I think guys should also limit the amount of kegels they do during a PE routine, I wonder how much of the "overtraining" symptoms happen because of an exhausted pelvic floor.

big F U for the Low bar squats.They don`t like me and I don`t like them.Front squats are more badass IMO :P However I never saw any difference on my penis.Only turtules during a workout.But it makes sense so it looks like an interesting thread.

Wieghts squats are a total different animal. You tighten all these muscles when doing wieghts squats. Very healthy, but not for loosening up the pelvic floor.

The modern powerlifting squat seems to be very concerned with a locking effect and I believe would have a very strong k style effect especially given the weight sometimes used.
There is considerable scope to go wrong techniquely so I am still working on it.

Please keep in mind not every squat will have a strong rk effect . The hindi squat does have good rk effect thus it is popular onsite. Some squats are a better fit though for those seeking a strengthen effect on the pelvic floor so for instance overhead squats . Another example might be heavy weighted squats in the upper range of movement .
I have experimented with pausing weighted squats in the bottom position which gives a very interesting dynamic between kegel and rk effect.
Just a note here please respect the protective bracing effect that the kegel is part of during weighted squats .
