  • Gotten worse since starting?

    Is it possible to temporarily get worse from edging and RK routine? I'm also a few weeks off of porn which may be confounding possibly.

    I've always been too fast, going from zero to one minute from penetration in new relationships when nerves are the worst, to maybe 10 - 15 after several rounds. But since starting to do reverse kegels and edging a few times a week, the last three times I have gotten more and more sensitive. I came from first a handjob, then just dry humping, and last time didn't even get there, just making out and taking off clothes. WTF is wrong with me all the sudden, this has never happened and I'm pretty shaken.

    The only thing I can think of is since starting I am much more aware of my pelvis and whats going on there especially IK to the point that I may be paying too much attention there. Though I can't think of how that would get better without drugs or chemicals. Also last time my entire upper thighs, testicles, etc was almost ridiculously sensitive, to the point it almost hurt to be touched or cause me to jerk like touching a penis head after orgasm. Should I quit this and see a doctor?

    Welcome tacoburrito, and thanks for joining us. How long have you been doing a routine of edging and reverse kegels? Can you give us a description of your routine?
    It is possible that you are starting to relax the area, and blood is flowing in better. this can raise your sensitivity. If you stay away from the porn, and continue training with proper edging techniques you should be able to stablize your orgasm response. Read Edging 101 and the premature ejaculation threads.       I've been going for about 3 weeks now, Reverse Kegels mostly in odd moments throughout the day. I was edging for 15 minutes every other day but decided I needed a break from that a week ago because it was getting harder to last and after coming every time I felt I may be reinforcing that quick dopamine rush. I could edge forever if not really aroused but even thinking sexual thoughts gets me to PONR in 2 or 3 minutes at best. I was never able to really reach a plateau.

      Does it ever make sense to totally take a break? Kind of give your body a reset after coming too fast from years of porn? Anyway I'll check those threads, thank you for the advice.

        Yes it does make sense to take a break from training while rebooting from porn. Then when you start training again you can implement the strategies you read about on those threads. Good luck

          If you never reached plateau while edging then that's one problem. Not getting used to edging when your aroused, instead just edging as an exercise, is another.
          You also need to be wary when doing pelvic floor exercises, the amount, the intensity, how often you do and how often you rest.
          You should be hitting plateau, at least trying to get there. Best way to do this is to edge, and when nyou reach ponr, do not stop, if it means slowing down, balooning, or just barely touching yourself then that's what you need to do.

                Lubed is much better, dry rubs against the skin and causes friction. It's uncomfortable for me I never got dry edging, unless it's dry as in stroking not rubbing. Same way you wouldn't enter your girl dry.

                  I dont do the rubbing against the skin. I just go with the skin so theres no friction. But for some reason it still makes my sensitive spot even more sensitive when i enter a pussy

                      Ye you need to get used to lubed edging, working on your sensitive spots with ballooning aswel. You said your shaft is quite sensitive aswel of if remember right.

                          Yes. Ballooning is the best way to keep stimulation going and hover around ponr, without going too far.
