After Fucking Injury Today I'm going to restart my PE, After this injury i have face Mild ED Anyway I'm going to restart my PE, God Bless Me.
DAY 1 - Light Kegel/RK,
Edging --- 20 minutes, being in 7/7 scale
Jelqing --- 5 Minutes, Light Mode
Any Advice will appreciate.......
